I used to have a Ronco Rotisserie! I have had this Nutrichef oven since October of 2024 and I LOVE IT!! Don't get me wrong, the Ronco was always amazing but THIS It is far more versatile and way easier to clean and use! Its also MUCH lighter and portable compared to the hefty Ronco lolIts so compact but it absolutely maximizes the dimensions for the cooking space!! Its the perfect size for small kitchens or apartments but is great for any size home!It EASILY feeds 2 people and I'd say if you portion food properly you can easily feed up to 4 people a decent sizable meal!!It is so easy to set up and use!! The only thing that took longer than the actual set up was deciding what to cook first lolIt cooks really nicely! Even from frozen!! I love thr multiple vertical rack positions! It really helps when you cook a variety of foods! Top 2 shelves are great for broiling, searing and making Naan bread pizza!! Middle shelves are perfect for roasting and baking!The heating elements can even be moved slightly to vary the heat intensity for meat thats not uniform thickness!I haven't used the rotisserie function yet but I imagine it will be just as good!Last Thanksgiving I did a 3 1/2 pound brined pre-wrapped boneless Turkey Breast! (images attached) Had that brining for 72 hours in a salt brine with a bunch of spices and crushed garlic and lemons etc! Roasted that to juicy perfection!! If you haven't BRINED a turkey or chicken, I definitely recommend doing so if you love your meat nice and MOIST!!! It also helps make amazing gravy when there is more juices!!I have made pumpkin bread, pound cake, banana bread!! All of them come out nice and moist!Baked ziti, lasagna and casseroles!!It also cooks bacon really well!!Meatloaf comes out really nice too! Just be sure to make the meat a very uniform shape so it cooks evenly! Buy I round out the corners a smidge so they dint get dry!

I really enjoy cooking, but I don’t want it to feel complicated or take up my whole day. For that reason this NutriChef oven has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s super easy to use and gives great results without a lot of effort. I’ve used it for baking, broiling, and even the rotisserie, and everything comes out evenly cooked and delicious. I also love how it looks. The modern design with the glass door makes it feel like a high-end appliance, but it doesn’t take up a ton of space. My kitchen isn’t huge, so the vertical design and two shelves are perfect for saving counter space while still letting me cook more than one thing at a time. Cleanup is another big win for me. The racks and pans are easy to clean and don’t stain easily.

I got my new rotisserie oven today. At 1st I was perplexed as to how the spinning motion is engaged. I couldn’t figure it out. Nowhere in the instructions does it say the bottom slides out so the drip tray rod can be inserted into the internal motor which makes it spin.Mystery solved!I haven’t used it yet, I will update my review after use.UPDATE: 1st time using it. So far so good! 👍🏼I added a makeshift stabilizing wedge to the bottom because it seems unstable mostly when you open the door (see the foil wedge stuffed underneath the front).You gotta make sure you insert the meat hooks real good so the food doesn’t shift/slide down the rod and tie up the meat good so it clears the heating elements as it turns.

I recently bought the Nutrichef Vertical Countertop Rotisserie Oven. I like it very much. So much so, I am making this comprehensive positive review. If you're like me, you will appreciate the depth and scope of my thorough review to help you decide if you want to purchase. First, It came incredibly fast. I ordered it late Sunday night, and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Fast delivery aside, I am very impressed with the size of the oven, and with the quality of construction. I read some negative reviews suggesting the construction was sub standard. I disagree with those reviewers. I found it to be constructed very solidly. I like how the curved tempered glass door stays open, when you open it all the way, and shuts by itself, when you put it in any other position besides fully open. Setup was instantaneous, as it was fully assembled right out of the box. You might want to wash the racks, skewers, bowls and pans, as well as the inside of the oven, just to remove any grease or manufacturing residue from the factory. There really didn't seem to be any, but I washed all the accoutrements anyway, just to be safe. The oven comes with everything you could possibly want for making kabobs, for using the rotisserie, and even for baking. I did a 20 minute "burn in ", to make sure that any fumes or smoke from the initial use did not get on my food. There was a small amount of smoke, when I first turned it on, but it only lasted a few seconds. I like the fact that you can adjust the temperature . I also like the option to set the timer to the "Stay On" setting, for slow cooking. Make sure to turn the timer knob counter clockwise to get to the "Stay On" position. Don't try to force the dial to go past the 60 minute setting. The timer is very accurate. I cooked a medium sized chicken, and there was room to spare, as you can see from the photo, (attached). I wanted to attach a picture of how neatly it stores away in my cupboard, but you'll have to take my word for it, as I couldn't seem to attach more than one photo. Luckily, I have big cupboards, because this thing is huge! My chicken came out perfectly cooked. It was juicy and tender. The rotisserie motor worked perfectly. I can't really speak to the versatility, as I only cooked one chicken, so far, but I tested the heating elements in both configurations, and in different modes and it worked fine. I've even seen a picture where one element was horizontal and one was vertical. I find the ability to manipulate the heating elements very interesting. That is sure to be useful. I read that a few people thought that this model oven was top-heavy. I agree it may be tipped over easily, if you have a small child, or a michievous cat. That being said, I believe it's perfectly safe, unless acted upon by an outside force. I certainly wouldn't pass up this great bargain, because of a high center of gravity. I just took a little strip of cardboard from the packing material and made a little wedge to place under the front of the oven to make sure my cat doesn't accidentally knock it over. If you look close at the photo I attached, you can see how easily the high center of gravity can be neutralized. One more thing worthy of note is the ease of cleaning. It cools down very quickly, and can be wiped down with a damp paper towel in seconds. All in all, I would recommend it to anybody in the market for a versatile space saving appliance that makes a great addition to your kitchen. It could replace many of your other appliances. It's fun to use, and I feel is well worth the money.

Danger! Danger! This unit is massively unsafe. There should be class action against Nurichef. The front glass utterly shattered after less than five with a heat gun meausred coil temp of 350F and top external temperature of 170. The dial was set at 400F, 50F below the absurdly high recommended roastesserie temperature. There is no way this should have imploded. Yes it was empty for a short time but no oven should self-destruct ever simply because it is empty.Item 18 of User Manual states: "Do not place eyes or face in close proximity with the tempered safety <sic> glass door, in the event that the safety glass breaks." They know this is a hazard but give no warning about how it may happen or how to avoid it. There is not even a lame attempt at "proper use" in regard to that stated hazard. This product should not be on the market and they know it.

I gifted this to my mom for her birthday because she is gluten free and doesn’t trust stores enough to eat their rotisserie chicken. Now she can make her own at home, along with a variety of other things as well. This product was inexpensive, easy to use and understand, and was overall perfect. I only have good things to say and I’ve included a pic of our first rotisserie chicken made at home. It was cooked perfectly (I like mine a little extra crispy so that’s why it looks burnt in some places) and didn’t take much time at all. The chicken came out moist and juicy. If you want extra juicy chicken, it has a tray to catch juice at the bottom that you can use to baste the chicken if you would like. It does smoke a little when you first use it but otherwise, it has no issues at all. Next up is kabobs 🤤

I wouldn't recommend putting a chicken any larger than 4.5 lb in this rotisserie Oven. Problem is, all grocery stores in the area have chickens that are 5.8 lb or over. This oven is shallow, so pay attention to the interior Dimensions before you buy. Still, I do like it. There is only hubby and me at home now, so it's a good size oven for two people. I cook in very small batches and that includes baking.

pretty easy to use, as it has just knobs to turn no touchpads if you're not the programming. Also even though it doesn't have the convection hours of the air fryer, it does have heating to 400° and it didn't seem to make a difference with previous air crispers or other standard ovens to reheat frozen items like french fries or chicken McNuggets. I haven't received the chicken yet, but I roasted a couple tri-tips, the first was able to fit on the rat a baking pan so yes use the rat, the second one was a little bigger so I used the rotisserie with the pointed like arrowhead spikes, and I use kitchen string tied up so it's standard evenly. Both ways cooked fine even though the rotisserie took about maybe 20 minutes longer but I don't know if that's because the size?

cool vertical concept, i like the ability to make kebabs — on top of everything a regular oven can do, maybe will even try to make some shawarma one dayalso — small footprint for the volume, recommend

Me gusto mucho,tiene complementos para rostizar y funciona muy bien.Asa, rostiza y hornea, tiene temporizador de 60 min pero puede aumentar y volver a girar la perilla si es necesario.No trae instructivo pero es intuitivo, tampoco trae recetario pero ayudan los videos de YouTube y las reseñas previas.Muy buen producto 👍

J’avais besoin d’une rôtisserie , nous faisons régulièrement des poulets frites en famille , nous avons été pour les périodes de fêtes chez des amies où nous avons manger une viande cuite dans cette rôtisserie. La viande était délicieuse , le goût était incroyable donc nous décider d’investir nous aussi , et nous sommes ravis de ce produit . Une super qualité , Facile à installer et désinstaller , très facile à nettoyer et entretenir . La viande est bien cuite en douceur ! C’est un four à multi fonction , convection et grill avec un minuteur et même un thermostat une belle cuisson uniforme c’est un super four à rôtir . Peux aussi servir de four de table . Il a une belle et grande capacité un joli désign . Super pour des repas savoureux . Je recommande vivement .

This oven arrived on time and undamaged. It's smaller than I thought it would be. I had to check all my baking dishes to make sure they fit. Luckily I do have some that fit. It works perfectly. Heats up and bakes food nicely. I don't have to turn on the big oven to cook small amounts of food. I haven't tried the rotisserie yet. Need to buy a chicken...lol. I'm happy with my purchase at the moment. Will up date if that changes
