Poor making
Not a good tablet, bought twice and a key fell off the first one and the second one cannot load games keeps glitching.

Disappointed
I was so happy to have my device and how cute it was when it came in I even gifted two others out. However my device when you no longer want it in the case the screen lifts up. I digress that it didn't come up much and continued to work so I over looked it. Not too long after it shut off and never came back on charging for a week never came back on take the case of thinking it's messing with the way its charging. The whole case came off and the power button went into the device. At this time it's too late to return the item. I have accounts on the tablet I can't access or cancel so I'm being charged for things I can not use and been giving a hard time about returning and canceling out the account. Be careful get insurance on this device and or just don't take the case off to avoid all this trouble. If I could hold my phone and show what I'm taking about at the same time I would but it's impossible. Hopefully Amazon and or the company is willing to help me with this because it's costing me more than the tablet itself.

Great price
My grandson was over the moon. He wanted a laptop but this was even a better purchase for him. The keyboard and mouse were the icing on the cake. It operates just like an ipad but much cheaper. I would recommend this item for a kid who loves technology.

Works great
Purchased for a child who's being homeschooled. All the apps work well and it's light weight, which makes it easy to carry as he studies. The screen resolution is okay and he loves the matching colors of the keyboard and other accessories. It's worth buying for light use.

The volume us awful. You can barely hear and it's turned all the way up
This is a nice tablet BUT the sound sucks. I have it turned all the way up and you can barely hear it. I would not suggest buying it, not if you wanna actually hear anything. The sound is very low. I went to settings to see if there was anything I could adjust. Nope it was all the way up. It's got a nice keyboard, mouse, and charger it comes with. Still if you wanna hear don't buy this tablet.

I received this as a gift. I love it, it works really well. It comes with a case, keyboard, mouse and a stylus pen. I had no issues connecting any of it to my wifi. When you turn it on, it comes on fairly fast. I play games on it, no problems at all. It's a little on the heavy side, but I just lean it against something while using it. The only downside is sometimes it is a little slow to respond to the touch screen, it is not a big issue, most of the time the touch screen works fantastic. The visuals are fantastic, the sound is clear. I'm very happy with it. If you are sitting on the fence and not sure if you should buy it or not, I would recommend it, it is worth the price.
