This is extra large. It covers my entire back and upper buttocks. It has a very nice weight to it and that makes it feel all the better. I had an invasive lumbar surgery done with donor bone and rods and plates a couple weeks back and I desperately needed something that wasn't some skimpy little heating pad that didn't cover the areas I needed. This did the job. And also because I have a problem with my hip and side after the surgery it feels really nice to lay it on my side while I'm laying down and watching TV. It covers my entire side and my hip and part of my thigh. The weight of it keeps it against your body easily. The colors really nice. It's a very warm color gray and the material is plush and very soft. It doesn't have those little wirey electrodes inside that poke you so it makes the material flexible enough to wrap it around your leg if you need it. It has three temperatures, low medium and high. And it delivers quality pain relief. I'm really impressed with this product.

Bought this for my friend who has lower back pain, and the other one went to my daughter for cramps. My friend used it evenings when she needed it, and would use the low setting, behind her back in her recliner. It was fine for months, but last week, she smelled a faint burning smell, but could not find the source. The next evening, she smelled a stronger burning smell and moved out of the recliner to investigate the odor. The heating pad was burning! While she turned it off and unplugged it before it caught fire, this is very concerning! I advised my daughter to throw hers away. I will not buy another product from the manufacturer. I wish I could give zero stars! I am making a report with the FDA for Recalls, Market Withdrawls & Safety Alerts.

I have many heat pads in different shapes and sizes but this is the first one I have that has this weighted feature. In combination with the softness of the material, I am extremely impressed with it!!! This is now officially my favorite heating pad!!!

It's a good heating pad, the fabric is soft and it has 3 heat settings, low, med, and high. I've only tried the medium because it's perfect for my needs. It's a good size, fitting the entire back. I expected to see light emitting from it but it is not red light therapy, it is the infrared that produces heat that we cannot see with the human eye. It does produce heat and shuts off after 2 hours which I find very helpful. It's easy to put on whatever part of your body is hurting as, it is nicely weighted.

Disappointing. The weight is fine, but it does not ever get hot enough, just kind of warm. Also, has some kind of electrical fault that sometimes causes it to shut itself off every few minutes. I’ve had other weighted heating pads that were much more satisfactory.
