Overpriced, Unstable, Disappointment
Runs well for the most part, however, the product arrived in bad condition with experiencing repeated hard freezes with my ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090. The issue occurs randomly, usually while playing games such as Valorant or Fortnite. The PC freezes completely and I am forced to perform a hard shutdown before rebooting. The problem happens at least twice per day. Typically the error codes I get are LiveKernelEvent 141 so it is definitely a GPU issue. Despite resetting drivers, stress testing, updating BIOS, and replacing my CPU, it still persists. I confirmed this is a 5090 after replacing it with a 5080.

You know what you're getting into
This card has been an absolute beast for my setup. I mainly play sim racing games on a 49-inch ultrawide monitor, and this card handles everything effortlessly. With my preferred graphics settings, I average around 230 FPS, which makes gameplay incredibly smooth and immersive. I also played titles like God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn, where I’m averaging around 130 FPS with DLSS enabled while still maintaining excellent visual quality. The cooling performance has been solid, temperatures stay under control even during long gaming sessions, and the card feels extremely premium overall. It’s definitely a huge upgrade if you’re gaming at ultrawide resolutions or pushing high refresh rates.

Default mode this card is the loudest I owned
I have purchased 4x RTX 5090 GPUs (2x gigabyte,1x Zotac) and this is my daily driver but in default mode this card is the loudest I owned. It can be annoying ,so I suggest make a quiet fan curve. Pros Fastest consumer GPU out now Can overclock/underclock well but once your at 600Watts GPU clocks drop off a cliff There are new BIOS for GPU with a quiet fan curve Nvidia features can be very good at times Cons Expensive Power hungry 600Watts default mode Can get hot but Nvidia has 88°C limit on memory Very loud in default mode when fan speed hits over 55% Nvidia Drivers can be a mess at times

Too expensive, but it is what it is!
Had a lot of problems at first, took some tweaking to get working right. AMD 7900 XTX OC (former card) was simple and worked right out the box. Nvidia unfortunately has the AI market cornered though. For gaming I would recommend the much less expensive 7900 XTX OC. I’ve had a problem after problem getting the 2.1 display port to work properly on my 57 inch ultra wide monitor , whereas the AMD card I never had a problem at all, always had 220 Hz display and ran my games flawlessly. For the amount of money they are getting for these cards if you don’t want to do AI save your money and go with AMD!
