How can i get my contact to stick to it?

Make sure your contacts are soaked in its solution. Use the mini tongs to remove the contacts from their case. Hold the insertion tool in your dominant hand. Make sure it is sterilized before placing your contact lens in center(you may have to use your finger to open it up) add a couple drops of your favorite solution and insert like you would normally. Just make sure your contacts aren't DRY

Is this for soft contact lens?

No. Get the tool designed for hard lenses. The cleaners to sanitize hard lenses may react with the plastic.

How would you clean the tweezers? Considering this is will be going into my eyes, what would be the best way to clean silicone?

I would water and rubbing alcohol. I let it sit for five minutes then I would put it in the contact solution. Making sure no lent was on it. Then proceed to grab contact out of my eye. I don’t do that for both eyes just for the first time using it. And then I’d set it back in the case. Once a week I clean the case with water and alcohol. Unless it comes open in my bag or cabinet. I hope this helps.
