Excellent rice
I have been buying wild rice mixed with basmati for years because it combines quick cook basmati with tasty and texture-adding wild rice. It cooks quickly and adds flavour to all dishes for which rice would be the accompanying carb. Not for use in making risotto- that needs arborio rice. Wild and basmati rice has disappeared off the shelves in the supermarkets I usually use so I bought industrial supplies from Amazon which turned out to be Morrison’s and the rice is excellent!
