Great color once developed, easy to apply. Be warned, the indicator color is odd, so don't plan on applying this and going anywhere. Once you rinse though, it's awesome

I’m a seasoned self tanner. My philosophy? Tanned “troubled areas” look better than pale “troubled areas”, at least on me. I’ve always had two favorite brands, one being bondi sands. While I don’t like to complain, I think it is fair to give others an honest review for this particular product. I’ve wanted to try this product for months and saw it on sale during July Prime Days and decided it was time. I prepped my skin as suggested, and as I always do, and then when the time came, I applied the mousse. I waited the hour as instructed on the bottle, as it’s an “ultra express”, to rinse the product off. No soap, just a rinse and pat dry. All of the product came off during the rinse. Nothing developed as the bottle said it should. No glorious tan. No tan at all!! I’m just as pale 24 hours after I applied it as I was before applying the product. I can’t even confirm that the product does not streak since it all rinsed off without a hint of color on my skin. To say that I am highly disappointed in the product is an understatement. It was a waste of money, time, and energy that I will not get back and the product did not give me any type of tan that I wanted for an event the following day. I don’t recommend this particular bondi sands product at all.

I’ve used a dozen different self tanners. This one by far is the best! Easy application with the mitt, goes on smooth and with a heavy enough tint that helps you see spots you’ve missed. Works super fast (1 hour) and leaves the most beautiful natural looking tan! Lasts for days with no patchy spotty area as it wears off. 10/10

I love that it works in an hour. It leaves a natural color and it is unscented! Cons: when showering off for the first time, it often leaves water streaks down my legs. The tan doesn’t last as long as some other tan mousses I’ve tried.

Works good. I usually leave it on for a couple hours instead just because. I think it gives me a nice glow and doesn’t look orange

I must say, THIS IS QUITE THE PRODUCT! It all started a few weeks ago when I dropped by my mom’s house to find her in nothing but a brown hand mitt. Of course, I said “whatcha doing?” She explained that a friend had turned her on to a fabulous self-tanner. She showed me the bottle and got on with lathering herself up! I also use a self-tanner in winter, but recently it wasn’t floating my boat, so I decided to give the product a whirl! Apparently, I am a “go BIG or go home” kinda gal because I received the “ULTRA EXPRESS” version, AND the “ULTRA DARK”! On a whim, I read the directions and followed them to a “T”. It seems that I might not know the actual definition of Step #2 where it says to “pump foam liberally onto a mitt”. I did so and was IMMEDIATELY transformed! I took one look at myself in the mirror and said, “Hello Latin Linda!” But, once it’s on, what can you do but continue? I did. As the night pursued, I noticed that my feet, arms, hands, toes and neck (all the parts not covered by pajamas) were getting darker and darker. The next morning, I noticed streaks on one arm and the “dirty” look my hands and fingers had. I remember in the movie Wedding Planner that when a bride had excessively applied self-tanner, she was told to use lemon juice, so I did. To NO avail, I then moved to polish remover. That too is a NO! I thought of vinegar but decided against it because I had to get to work and I did not want to stink out my co-workers! When I jumped in the shower that night, the floor was immediately covered with a thick brown liquid, similar to the colegio clay found in the earth’s crust in Arizona. Once I completed my bathing ritual, I spent a good 10 minutes scrubbing the dirt brown off the sides of the shower. I must say, I like this new color that has emerged! I highly recommend this product; it’s loads of fun and clearly provides a lot of entertainment!

OK, I like this product, but I don’t love it. Here’s why: It’s definitely not ultra express. If you only leave it on an hour or so it will wash right off in the shower. However, I always tan at night and sleep in my tanner. This is what I did with this product and just rinsed off with just water in the morning and my tan was a gorgeous color! This gives one of the best bronze tan colors I’ve ever seen and I’ve used a lot of self tanning products. I also love that it is one of the only non-toxic self tanners i have found. So for that, I give it three stars. I would note that while the tan is beautiful, it only lasts about 2 to 3 showers and then it’s gone. Again I like this product, but I don’t love it. I will keep it when I need it in a bind because it will give you a nice tan for say the weekend but then you’ll have to reapply two or three days later. Also, make sure to exfoliate and moisturize beforehand, or you will have dry patches everywhere.

You need or have the gloves they sell or wear rubber gloves. Your hands will be immediately stained. I had to use a peroxide scrub to get close to taking this off. It is streaky, colors thicker skin like your heels even darker, it was not a good experience. Very grateful to just use it on my legs that I can cover up and not my face or even arms that people see everyday. If you want to try it be very careful of what color it really is and always wear rubber gloves, protect your hands from the stain.

Easy to use. Smells great. Good colour. Natural looking. It really did take an hour.

No, the adverts say it smells lovely and produces a red Tan rather than yellow. It turned me Green and smelled like soggy biscuits, i waisted my money, not happy at all 😔
