Good quality
Arrived quickly. Seems to be good quality and fresh but I am not an expert on mustard seed. I used this to make homemade mustard, which turned out well.

Fresh and well packaged
These are quite delicious. Well packaged as are all Spice Way products, and fresh upon opening. I like that the excellent packaging can be re-closed easily. They also always send a generous amount. Super savings for the price! I am a great fan of Spice Way and will continue to purchase their products. Will purchase this again when needed.

Mustard
Homemade mustard with this came out lovely. A bit spicier than expected, but that's a plus in my books. I mixed the whole 8oz bag with equal parts white vinegar and water. For each 3/4 cup of seeds, use 1/2 cup each of vinegar and water. Cover and let sit for three days. Then run through blender. When it thickened enough that my blender was no longer able to agitate the topmost layer, it was at my perfect desired consistency, and I scooped it out and stored it.

Definitely enhanced flavor but not strong
This brown mustard seed is pretty good compared to the other ones. I had some black mustard seed which is weaker than this.
