What is the weight of a curl? I need to know how many curls a wheel can make to determine serving size.

The curls are paper thin and don’t weigh much. I would estimate 200 to 250 curls per 1.8 lbs. This cheese is very flavorful and a little goes a long way. Hopefully you find this helpful.
