Does this automatically switch from one paper towel roll to the next or do you need to switch it manually?

When two rolls of towels are loaded, it does switch. So you know the dispenser is engineered to allow a new second roll to be loaded when approximately 10% is left on a roll. I hope this helps.

Mine came with a GP lease agreement that specifically states this is a leased product.
