OKeeffes Working Hands Cream, Pumpable Jar, 10oz, Extreme Dryness

I came about this hand cream because of YouTube, but not a review video or anything like that. I was watching a 3D scanner review video and hopped on my phone to better read some of the user comments, since the video was a few months old. One comment I saw was a person jamming up the channel owner because his hands were not perfect. This person recommended this product and for whatever reason, I decided to look into it. I have eczema pretty badly on my hands and while I am not blue collar, I do a lot of work in the shop on metal, wood, and automotive projects. On top of that, I wash my hands A LOT and have for most of my life. Add these things together and my hands can look really rough and feel even worse. When I read that comment in May 2026, I was dealing with cracking on my fingers. I use lotions and eczema specific treatments, but most don't do a whole lot to be honest. My expectations based on history were pretty low, but I decided to buy some of this and give it a try. The first thing I noticed is it gives a different feeling to my skin than the other lotions and creams I've tried. I also found a little goes a long way. However, after only three days, I can tell a noticeable difference between how my hands look and feel, compared to before I started applying this cream 2-3 times per day. The cracking that was hurting bad on the day of delivery no longer is present and no longer hurts. I found that to be pretty astonishing to be fair. It doesn't feel greasy but it does something else pretty well, and that is it seems to last longer even though I wash my hands quite a bit. So far, I'm loving this stuff and if this continues, I'm going to buy another so I have one upstairs and downstairs. The comment I read just struck me as someone being rude as usual or as they call it, a keyboard warrior, but they may have made a point, even though they didn't do it very tactfully. There are products out there that do work and I had never seen this product pop up in any of my searches, or maybe my brain tuned it out because it looks like it could be Gain hand soap or something. haha. I will post an update if things go off the rails, but so far, I'm a believer in this stuff. Update June 2026: I’ve been using this once or twice a day for a little under two weeks. I’m a believer. My hands have not felt or looked this good in a very long time. The only place I still have a touch of dryness is on my thumbs near the joint. Those were always really bad, but it too is improving. The rest of my hands have shown a lot of improvement. I’m also applying it to my right kneecap which is dry and cracking like my hands were. While progress there hasn’t been as quick as what I’ve experienced on my hands, there is solid progress. I’m impressed and seriously, I can’t recall my hands feeling this way for at least 15 years. My hunch is in another week or two my kneecap will be in much better shape. Update July 2026: I’m sold on this stuff. My hands have not felt or looked this good in so long. Great stuff!!

i love this stuff. it feels like my skin just drank a tall glass of water whenever i use it. i don't have super dry skin but i wash my hands a little too often so my skin feels tight sometimes and this helps relieve that. it doesn't feel oily, it's not thick but also not thin, it absorbs fast and there's no noticeable scent unless you're sniffing your hands up close and even then it's not a perfumed scent. i love the size and the pump. it's convenient and i don't have to worry about grabbing too much or making a mess. i've not noticed the cream drying out in the tip of the pump either. in this or any of the other o'keeffe products i've used. my partner has eczema on his hands and i think o'keeffe's products help relieve him of some of the discomfort... at least, he asks me to repurchase when he's run out of it at work or by his bedside. we really like all of their products we've tried so far.

The only hand lotion that ever fixed my man hands. I do flooring for a living and my hands are hard and calloused I was seeking for a lotion that will go deep and fix this and this is what I found. . The pump is amazing makes it super easy to just get out of the shower and pump one time. Make sure your tub your hands together until it is all soaked into the skin or you will not get the full effect leaves your skin feeling amazing every single time. Never had an issue with the product just wish I got more or it cause it goes fast! Non greasy, usually last me about a month if using heavily. If I am not working it’s lasts forever. But if I am grinding out those long shifts I need one a month. What I love most is the feeling it leaves on my hands such a clean smooth feel to it. I also use on my feet even though the have a foot version. One day I will try that as well but for now I am getting by with old trustee. It’s thick but light the consistency of a gold bond type of lotion. I give this 5 stars over and over again. Amazing product I recommend to all of my coworkers Thankyou o’keeffe’s for this blessing of a real product.🙏

I’ve tried several hand creams, and this one is one of the best for extremely dry hands. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue and provides lasting moisture throughout the day. The pump jar is convenient and easy to use, especially when applying it multiple times a day. After just a few uses, my hands felt noticeably softer, and the dry, rough patches started improving. If you struggle with cracked or very dry hands, this cream is definitely worth trying.

I've had outstanding results, using O'Keefe's Working Hands Hand Cream! It's been less than a week and the redness, thickness, dryness, and cracking have all improved. I apply it a couple times a day, maybe three, if needed. It has a soothing/comforting effect. While there is still some redness on the top of my left hand, the rough, dry thickness and cracking have been thoroughly repaired using this cream. I wish my dad knew about this while he was alive. He had such thickened, cracked skin from his work. This would have been perfect for his working hands. My friend was concerned that I'd need a cortisone based cream, but it hasn't been necessary. I don't know what caused the problem to start with, but it's a big relief to repair the skin on my hands with just this cream. I highly recommend O'Keeffe's Working Hands cream!

Works great better than the Lil screw on lid container

This hand cream definitely costs a little more than your typical lotion, but when your hands are cracked and dry it absolutely does the job. I’ve tried a lot of different lotions over the years and many of them just sit on the surface without really helping. This one actually feels like it gets to work and provides real relief. You don’t need much either. A small pump goes a long way and it absorbs pretty well without leaving your hands overly greasy. If you deal with dry or cracked hands, especially during colder months or after working with your hands a lot, this stuff is worth keeping around. It may be a bit of a premium compared to other options, but when you need something that actually helps heal those painful cracks, this one delivers. 👍

1st Lotion that Actually works for my Mechanic Hands. I've bought all name Brands Lotions nothing ever worked. This one does! My hands are Kind of Soft now and getting better as I is it.

No es que sea mala, pero no es igual a la versión de tubo. Esta es mas liquida y tarda un poco mas en absorber quedando un poco grasosa en lo que absorbe. Digamos que es menos concentrada. Compré esta versión porque es mas grande y rinde más, pero sin duda prefiero gastar un poco mas en los tubos porque el efecto reparador es mas notorio. Esta versión hace lo mismo que otra marca que usaba y cuesta una sexta parte que esta.
