Excellent almond extract. If you use this properly, it tastes natural. Use too much and you def wil get an artificial flaro in your baked goods. I would not use this in anything that doesn't go in the oven. You'll get an artificial fake flavor. But us the proper amount and this product is a winner and works great. It also gives off a fabulous almond scent. I love that this is clear and adds no color. Overall a fantastic proven extract. An ingredient I always have in my pantry.

I always use this in my cold coffee drink daily, and I have never seen such a great price for this item. It is a culinary brand of McCormick, so I knew it would be stronger. It is, but it is even better value once I realize how little I need to use. It takes some getting used to using so little and if I add too much, it alters the taste of my drink. Typically I would just pour, and now I use less than a tsp. Will now always purchase this. If you have ever bought almond extract, you know the price isn't cheap. This is! Plus a bonus is that it is a name brand. I'm sold especially due to the size.
