Great product at a fair price.
My iSpring Reverse Osmosis system has provided me with clean, refreshing water without having to buy bottled water. The installation was straight forward and easy. The instructions were written with common sense and the color coded tubing allowed for error free proper connections. A minor problem occurred a few weeks after the installation, but a solution was quickly diagnosed by iSpring's knowledgeable technician, Sean. Sean noted that a spike in water pressure was the probable cause and that he would send me the parts to fix the issue. Sean's diagnosis was correct and once again the system is working perfectly.

Great Customer Service and Product
The ispring rcc7 is an excellent system, as evidenced by its successful installation in a few other family member's residence. Recently, our installers inadvertently omitted the reverse osmosis filter during a setup. This marked my initial contact with iSpring regarding a technical issue, and fortunately, Nick provided exceptional assistance. He efficiently diagnosed the motor sound as being indicative of a missing filter. Nick dedicated significant time to promptly resolve the issue and accurately identify the correct filter. The team demonstrated remarkable responsiveness throughout this process. Size: standard Connection : Easy but definitely read the manual and watch the video. Water quality : great and their data on the system is online. No chlorine taste and removal of other water impurities. Ordor: removed so no chlorine smell from our water. I have had the system at my parents home too and it's been going strong for the past 4 years just changing filters. I think the system will be very durable.

So Far (5 Days) A Great Purchase
I should have bought this to start with. For 30 years I had been buying R/O units and parts from another company that specializes in water filters. When my old system developed another age-related leak in the cartridge holder I decided to replace the whole unit. I saw this item on Amazon but went ahead with my old company. It was a nice unit but it had a couple of minor leaks that I had to fix while installing it. Five months later it had a major leak all night all over the kitchen and family room. So I came back to Amazon and iSpring and so far this has been a great unit. It came well-packed with plenty of spare parts and a big instruction book (it could use some better editing.) It even had a leak shutoff unit that I hadn't noticed in the description - it's really nice. The unit was easy to install, no leaks and I'll update this review if anything happens in the next few months. One note - unlike other systems that flush the membrane and everything else when new cartridges are put in, this one instructs you to disconnect the hose to the r/o membrane and flush the 3 buckets of water and then reconnect. It's a great idea but the hose is too short to reach into a bucket. I'm going to replace this hose with a long hose with a couple of loops in it so I'll have plenty of hose when I replace the cartridges next year.

Good price, quick delivery, simple installation, no leakage, quality RO water, prompt tech support.
I used the Costco Blue H2O RO system for many years and now that the manufacturer is no longer in business so I must look for a new system on Amazon. After carefully reviewing different system, I decided to go with the ISpring RCC7. It was the right decision. The system arrive after 2 days. The instructions to install the system was clear. I was able to complete the installation about 1 hour and the system worked beautifully producing good quality and great quantity of RO water. No leakage after installation. There was helpful support from Nick of technical and customer support team. I actually bought 1 system for myself in April 10, 2026 for my house in Norwalk, CA. I liked it so much that when I visited my daughter's house in June 3, 2026, I bought and installed one more system for her. I highly recommend the ISpring RCC7 RO system on Amazon.com due to reasonable price, quick delivery, moderately quick installation, no leakage, high quality and quantity RO water, and prompt and friedly technical support.

Well built system that does its job but here's how to improve on it
First, this came quickly, extremely well packaged (couldn't break something if you wanted to) and mostly quality components. The only "iffy" part is the plastic supply valve as I've not had good luck attaching plastic to a metal supply. Instead of contacting Ispring like I should have, assumed they didn't make a metal version and ordered one from one of their competitors. After I told Ispring I had done this, they let me know they could have provided the same valve and would still do so under warranty. It's entirely not their fault and the plastic valve probably would have worked just fine but I obsess about plumbing leaks. Our water in Tucson, AZ is HARD - 400+ PPM. If you try and use it in something like a coffee maker, it will destroy it in a matter of months. I had been carting water from the local vending machine but we just redid our kitchen so it was time for an RO system. It has brought the TDS down to a consistent 13-14 PPM and the flavor of the water is fine (much better than chlorine and a ton of minerals ever tasted). The faucet provided is nice, matches our new stainless steel commercial kitchen faucet. It do wish there was a different connection to this metal faucet rather than the John Guest quick connect fitting but it's not leaking and the plumber who helped install this said it's the same fitting on his at home and every one he ever installs so probably worried over nothing. Okay, so how to improve. All RO systems need the "main" filters replaced every 6-12 months and when changing them, you must flush the system for 4-5 minutes before allowing any water to flow through the RO membrane filter. As the system comes, it requires disconnecting the supply to the membrane filter and flushing through it into a bucket until the water runs clear. There are two problems with this method of flushing. First, it's always been recommended to me that when you remove a line from these quick connect fittings, that you trim it back past where the little metal teeth gripped it. Supposedly not doing so it one of the biggest causes of minor leaks. Well, you would only change filters so many times before the line to the membrane filter was too short to reconnect and you're adding more tubing. The second problem is that frankly, it's a pain in the neck to unhook that line and then sit there with a bucket trying to determine if the water has cleared yet. Both of these problems would be easily solved by a Y valve where the supply line fed into the single side of the Y and then you had two valves on the V portion. Your could then turn off the supply to the membrane, turn on the supply to a flush line that is now long enough to reach the kitchen sink. No disconnecting and reconnecting lines in an awkward position under the sink. Unfortunately, no one makes such a Y fitting so I had to get much more complicated and fabricate my own system. I used a 1 into 2 splitter, attached a cutoff valve to each side coming off the splitter, added more tubing to one side and can now control where the water goes. The problem with this is that if creates too many more potential leak points . If you look at the picture, you'll see the configuration I had to come up with. The red line coming from the back of the filters used to feed the membrane filter and was the one you disconnect during install and then during any filter changes. Now it feeds the splitter, the splitter feeds the valves and the valves feed either the flush hose or the membrane hose. I shared this with Ispring and they said they would have their product development people look at it. Problem is, no one makes that valve and so creating it from scratch may be bit expensive and you'd need some patent permissions to do so (I'm assuming on that part). One last idea. Our kitchen configuration, unfortunately, has some dead space where cabinets make an angle. It's unusable space, not accessible in any way. So, I cut out a square in the side of the cabinet and installed the tank in that dead space. I can easily get to it but don't have it taking up space directly under the sink (see photo). So, solid product from what appears to be a very solid company. If you think you need something they didn't provide, don't hesitate to ask - they are very accommodating!

Clean water and great customer service!
I love this water filtration system, not only does the water taste great but I can feel confident that me and my family are getting clean water in our bodies. Also, it was not very hard to install at all. I did it myself because my husband and sons were all at work and I didn't want to wait for them. I talked to customer service to set up an extended warranty and Robert was very helpful was setting that up. It took about 2 seconds to set it up and was super simple, Thank you Robert!

Very well made and packaged
This was a great product. I am a union plumber, and this felt like something I would have been unpackaging for a school or a hospital. Very well made very good plastic. So far, the water tastes great. I've had it in for a week. The only issue that I had was the angle stop coming off of the wall didn't have enough room from the wall to the 3/8 threads for me to twist on the new angle. So I couldn't screw it onto the angle, stop. I had to go by a adapter. Maybe it was just the one that I had was not working correctly. But I feel like the angle stop that they supply should spin. So you can spin it on to your original angle stop. But mine was hitting the wall. I couldn't spin it on my existing rights angle stop.. very, very well made. And very well packaged๐๐๐ค๐ค

Five Stars โ Great RO System for My RV
I bought this reverse osmosis system for my RV to install under the kitchen sink as extra protection for drinking water and food preparation when staying at campgrounds or using public water supplies. Installation was straightforward and took me about 30 minutes once I had all the proper parts. I only needed to buy one additional fitting, a service tee stop valve, to connect the system to the existing plumbing. See my separate review on that item for more details. The system works great and puts out a good volume of water. The storage tank means I always have filtered water available on demand. I installed the included faucet by drilling a hole in the countertop, and the finished installation looks surprisingly professional. Iโm not a craftsman and donโt do this kind of work for a living, but it honestly looks like someone installed it for me. The faucet even matches the original sink faucet that came with the RV. Iโm totally happy with this system. It gives me extra peace of mind about the water Iโm using for drinking and cooking while traveling, provides plenty of water when I need it, and looks great after installation. Five stars.
