My iSpring Reverse Osmosis system has provided me with clean, refreshing water without having to buy bottled water. The installation was straight forward and easy. The instructions were written with common sense and the color coded tubing allowed for error free proper connections. A minor problem occurred a few weeks after the installation, but a solution was quickly diagnosed by iSpring's knowledgeable technician, Sean. Sean noted that a spike in water pressure was the probable cause and that he would send me the parts to fix the issue. Sean's diagnosis was correct and once again the system is working perfectly.

The ispring rcc7 is an excellent system, as evidenced by its successful installation in a few other family member's residence. Recently, our installers inadvertently omitted the reverse osmosis filter during a setup. This marked my initial contact with iSpring regarding a technical issue, and fortunately, Nick provided exceptional assistance. He efficiently diagnosed the motor sound as being indicative of a missing filter. Nick dedicated significant time to promptly resolve the issue and accurately identify the correct filter. The team demonstrated remarkable responsiveness throughout this process. Size: standard Connection : Easy but definitely read the manual and watch the video. Water quality : great and their data on the system is online. No chlorine taste and removal of other water impurities. Ordor: removed so no chlorine smell from our water. I have had the system at my parents home too and it's been going strong for the past 4 years just changing filters. I think the system will be very durable.

I should have bought this to start with. For 30 years I had been buying R/O units and parts from another company that specializes in water filters. When my old system developed another age-related leak in the cartridge holder I decided to replace the whole unit. I saw this item on Amazon but went ahead with my old company. It was a nice unit but it had a couple of minor leaks that I had to fix while installing it. Five months later it had a major leak all night all over the kitchen and family room. So I came back to Amazon and iSpring and so far this has been a great unit. It came well-packed with plenty of spare parts and a big instruction book (it could use some better editing.) It even had a leak shutoff unit that I hadn't noticed in the description - it's really nice. The unit was easy to install, no leaks and I'll update this review if anything happens in the next few months. One note - unlike other systems that flush the membrane and everything else when new cartridges are put in, this one instructs you to disconnect the hose to the r/o membrane and flush the 3 buckets of water and then reconnect. It's a great idea but the hose is too short to reach into a bucket. I'm going to replace this hose with a long hose with a couple of loops in it so I'll have plenty of hose when I replace the cartridges next year.

I used the Costco Blue H2O RO system for many years and now that the manufacturer is no longer in business so I must look for a new system on Amazon. After carefully reviewing different system, I decided to go with the ISpring RCC7. It was the right decision. The system arrive after 2 days. The instructions to install the system was clear. I was able to complete the installation about 1 hour and the system worked beautifully producing good quality and great quantity of RO water. No leakage after installation. There was helpful support from Nick of technical and customer support team. I actually bought 1 system for myself in April 10, 2026 for my house in Norwalk, CA. I liked it so much that when I visited my daughter's house in June 3, 2026, I bought and installed one more system for her. I highly recommend the ISpring RCC7 RO system on Amazon.com due to reasonable price, quick delivery, moderately quick installation, no leakage, high quality and quantity RO water, and prompt and friedly technical support.

I love this water filtration system, not only does the water taste great but I can feel confident that me and my family are getting clean water in our bodies. Also, it was not very hard to install at all. I did it myself because my husband and sons were all at work and I didn't want to wait for them. I talked to customer service to set up an extended warranty and Robert was very helpful was setting that up. It took about 2 seconds to set it up and was super simple, Thank you Robert!

I bought this reverse osmosis system for my RV to install under the kitchen sink as extra protection for drinking water and food preparation when staying at campgrounds or using public water supplies. Installation was straightforward and took me about 30 minutes once I had all the proper parts. I only needed to buy one additional fitting, a service tee stop valve, to connect the system to the existing plumbing. See my separate review on that item for more details. The system works great and puts out a good volume of water. The storage tank means I always have filtered water available on demand. I installed the included faucet by drilling a hole in the countertop, and the finished installation looks surprisingly professional. I’m not a craftsman and don’t do this kind of work for a living, but it honestly looks like someone installed it for me. The faucet even matches the original sink faucet that came with the RV. I’m totally happy with this system. It gives me extra peace of mind about the water I’m using for drinking and cooking while traveling, provides plenty of water when I need it, and looks great after installation. Five stars.

The old Sears 2-stage carbon water filter wasn't good enough. It made the water taste better, but didn't remove the unwanted dissolved solids. We were still buying bottled water, which taste better. The cons: - I needed longer plastic tubing for our installation. The provided 10' lengths were too short. ◄ iSpring will provide longer tubing. - From the installation manual: Water pressure to the unit is no less than 40 psi. If it's below 40 psi, you will need to add a booster pump. If the water pressure is greater than 80 psi, you will need to install a pressure regulator. Our water pressure was above 80 psi, so this added to the system cost. - We didn't care for the provided brushed nickel finished faucet didn't match our fixtures. ◄ iSpring will work with you to provide a faucet that fits your installation. - Water is wasted to produce purified water. The ratio of brine - waste water to RO purified water is 2:1 to 3:1. Meaning 2 to 3 gallons of water is wasted to produce 1 gallon of purified water. ◄ For those that are concerned about wasted water. Also see my waste water recycling notes below. - Advertised - origin, China. ◄ for those that prefer to buy products made in the USA. Our installation: ▪ Our previous Sears filtration system was installed in the garage, so that was the logical place to install this filter system upgrade. This is next to the water heater ► cold water source & next to the washing machine ► a place to run the brine -waste water line. ▪ The purified water storage tank was positioned on its side in our installation, so it would fit on a storage shelf. ▪ I opted to purchase an inexpensive plastic tubing cutter, a PneumaticPlus TC nylon PVC PU plastic tube & hose cutter. Not required, but it cuts the tubing perfectly making the installation proceed faster. Here's the Amazon link: Quick Connect Tubing Release Tools For 1/4" or 3/8" Connectors (TSPITOOL) ▪ It seemed like a waste to toss the old Sears 2-stage filter housing, so I decided to retain it with different filters... sediment prefilters. Stage 1 is 20 micron & stage 2 is 10 micron, both sediment filters. The output of this 2-stage filter connects to iSpring RO - reverse osmosis stage 1, 5 micron sediment filter. ▪ To keep an eye on the system water pressure, I installed a water pressure gauge. This is VERY handy, as the reading drops when purified water is being produced & levels off as the purified water tank is full. After a few cycles, you have the normal readings. ▪ After the water filtration system had been in operation awhile, I started to wonder when the brine - waste water was flowing. My concern was a failed ASOV - automatic shutoff valve failure which could allow constant waste water flow. To provide a visual indication of brine - waste water flow, I installed a Rotameter LZM-15 flow meter. See my attached pictures. This flow meter won't work as it comes, but with a simple modification (see my flow meter product review for details), it will provide a visual indication of when brine - waste water is flowing. During the summer the RO brine - waste water is used to water our raised bed vegetable garden & flower beds. During the winter we use the RO brine - waste water in the washing machine wash cycle. Closing remarks: ▪ Since this RO - reverse osmosis water filtration system was installed, there has been no need to buy distilled or bottled drinking water. ▪ The flow rate from our kitchen mounted faucet, about 15 feet away from the filtration system, is 0.5 gallons (1/2 gallon) per minute. ▪ System startup, first TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading: tap - city water = 100 to 98 ppm ► RO - reverse osmosis water = 3 to 4 ppm ▪ You will have to replace the filtration system filters in about a year... the RO membrane can last a 2 to 3 years (depending on the quality of your water source), so it's wise to start shopping around for replacement filters. These can be found reasonably priced, if you don't need them right away & can shop around. I have enough filters on hand for 2+ years. :) ► Update - June 7, 2017 ▪ The RO - reverse osmosis water filtration system has been working perfectly! Since we installed this water filtration, there been no need to purchase bottled water. ▪ On my recent TDS - total dissolved solids test. Tap water = 110 ppm & the RO water = 9 ppm. ▪ The city water... tap water TDS, shown above, is 110 ppm. The RO brine - waste water TDS is about 20 ppm higher. ▪ It's summer, so we're recycling the RO brine - waste water in the raised bed vegetable garden & to water the flower beds. ▪ We have to admit the amount of brine - waste water was a bit shocking, when we started saving it, but that is the nature of the RO - reverse osmosis water filtration system. 2:1 to 3:1... meaning, amount of brine - waste water >to> purified water produced. This isn't too bad if you can recycle the waste water! ▪ The city we live in calculates our sewer billing on the amount of water we use, so it makes sense to recycle the RO brine - waste water! ► Update - October 24, 2019 ▪ The system has been working perfectly, still on the original filter! The TSD has gone up slightly & the brine -waste water is running 3:1 or more, so the system filter replacement is on our to do list! ▪ I added a new picture of our six 5 gallon black buckets we use to save our brine - waste water to be recycled.

We purchased our 5-stage RO system back in 2016, and ran it without any issues until the end of 2023, when the system developed a significant leak, about 15 drops per minute if I recall correctly. The system was installed in our basement, so the water line was going to the refrigerator and the drinking water faucet, just above it. I preferred that setup, rather than installing it under the sink for several reasons. One, it would not use the under the sink space, and two, ease of access to replace filters etc. Consequently, the leak that was there, did not ruin anything in the basement because where it was installed, but, had it been under the sink, water damage would have occured to a degree. That being said, iSping provides a water detection alarm that should be strategically placed and checked regularly to notify the user in case of a leak. I glued a neodymium magnet to our sensing element and placed it on a ferrous surface so it doesn't move accidentally. Going back to the leak that developed. Upon reaching out to iSpring and describing the issue, Francis replied within a day with a diagnosis that the filter housing failed due to water pressure+age of the system. He recommended purchasing just the head assembly, which I learned was the filter housing with everything, except for the filters. New filters do not come with that purchase, but I was OK with that option, since I already purchase 3 years worth of replacement filters. The other reason why I would have replaced that entire head assembly or even purchased a new system was for the same reason you replace other things that come in pairs or more, namely, there is a chance another aging part could fail soon, or will perform sub-par. Upon delivery and installation, I noticed a leak in that system. Francis offered to send a replacment elbow connector, but that did not fix the issue. Francis concluded the head unit that was sent had to have some fault, so once again he helped by sending out a brand new head unit for me to install. I think all parts were shipped with FedEx, I just asked Francis to give me tracking info each time, so I can check the delivery date. Once that arrived and once it was installed, no leaks were present. The system was working as it was supposed to work and the TDS levels were good as expected, <20ppm. I was happy that iSping had such a customer caring service which did not give up until the customer's issue was resolved. My only experience with the customer service was with Francis, but his support was excellent. I have recommended iSpring RO systems to friends in the past based on the system performance. Now, I can say the customer service is also at a high standard. As a side note. While I was replacing the system, I also upgraded from the standard 3.5 gallon tank, to a 5.5 gallon tank. That was a good upgrade for our family, more ready-to-go water that is available at the given time. To sum it up, five stars for system performance, five stars for the customer service. I think the price is for everyone else to determine, whether this is good or bad, but from my point of view, iSpring systems are well priced and I would buy another system from them if I needed to. I didn't realize until I browsed their website, but they have many solutions for water treatments like whole house filtering etc. Anyway, for what it's worth, I felt my experience was worth sharing here for others to see after so many years of using the system.
