As an avid RC enthusiast, I can't speak highly enough of the versatility and performance of this receiver. First and foremost, the ability to add multiple models to this unit is an absolute game-changer. With its 5 channels and programmable features, I can easily switch between different RC vehicles without the hassle of reconfiguring the transmitter every time. Whether I'm flying drones, driving cars, or piloting boats, this transmitter and receiver combo has me covered. But it's not just about versatility – the performance of the RC4GS V3 and R6FG is top-notch. The transmitter provides precise control and responsiveness, while the gyro receiver ensures stability and smooth operation, even in challenging conditions. I've noticed a significant improvement in my RC handling and maneuverability since upgrading to this system. Additionally, I appreciate the build quality and durability of this transmitter and receiver. They feel solid and well-made, and I have confidence that they can withstand the rigors of regular use and outdoor adventures. Plus, the ergonomic design of the transmitter ensures a comfortable grip, even during long sessions. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Radiolink RC4GS V3 5 Channels RC Transmitter and R6FG Gyro Receiver. It offers the perfect combination of versatility, performance, and reliability, making it a must-have for any RC enthusiast. It works and is easy to bind. But..
I feel if you use common sense and bind it prior to stuffing it into a sealed container and do all your tests prior it is pretty nice. It has a ton of features and the main one for me was to "on-the-fly" lower the D/R for Throttle, this allows the 6 years old to drive it with ease, simply lower the throttle from 100% to 25-35%. But what I experience is that after running it for a period of time the truck just stops and studders (like it lost connection/changed freq). I also feel like it could be a (thermostat) motor heat cut off (although a simple "motor" touch test doesn't support this notion), let it sit for a min and it runs again. Maybe support can help identify the issue. I also bought another receiver for model #2 the controller controls BOTH, I have not found a way to separate them as of yet, that means if you and a friend both have this radio, you would get interference (unless each was on its own frequency). I set up "MODEL" on the controller and gave them each a name yet it controls both at once. That leads me to this issue whereby it seems no matter what setting you change for a given "MODEL" name, it changes ALL settings on the control and has no regard for what "MODEL" your configuring. I would recommend this controller though, overall it works great for "basic needs". Read the manual and try the more advanced settings and you may be wondering what the heck.

Almost perfect
This is my first radio that can be used for multiple RC cars. AKA not the RTR radio that it comes with. I want to give it 5 stars but there's a couple issues with this radio that cannot be overlooked. The radio is decent quality and the features are excellent for the price. I will never be able to live without exponential steering ever again. I have MS and this is a game changer reducing my twitchy movements down the straightaways. Interface is easy to navigate. Layout and feel of the transmitter and steering wheel is good. Now for the gripes: I wish they built it without the external antenna. How much extra range does a couple inch antenna really add? This radio is for my track cars only and I definitely don't need it. It's annoying it's flimsy and susceptible to breaking I already had to return one radio because it snapped and just went around in circles. They could build these with no external antenna they would work just as good and be much more durable. The second issue is the cover for the batteries it is very flimsy and the batteries tend to pop down and occasionally the radio will shut itself off. A beefier battery cover or a better designed cover would remedy this. Receivers are cheap enough I bought two of these radios one for the girlfriend's car s. 2 radios and about 10 receivers and I'm in for less than $300 with tax. Compare that to spectrum or futaba or similar and it's a big difference. Overall a great radio with a few flaws I would buy them again I just wish they would change those couple things and they would be "perfect" radios for the price.
