The Third Gilmore Girl

I'm a Gilmore Girls fan, however, this book is for ANYONE. Gilmore Girls is only the cherry on top for an already wonderfully lived life. Kelly doesn't do fanmail or social media but I hope she reads this: Thank you for allowing this book to exist. Your life is a wonderful story, I wish you the best and that more "Gee, I wish..." come your way! 💕 Kelly's life story is so very interesting and full of twists and turns it can easily be made into a movie. I cried twice and I'm one of those people that don't cry, specially not with books! I recommend to also get the audio book, which is read by Kelly, to get the ultimate experience by listening while reading. Kelly's voice and emphasis are excellent. If you're a Gilmore Girls fan, it feels like sitting in Emily's living room with drinks while listening to her life story. Everything is fantastic in this book; not boring at all, interesting, funny, emotional, shocking at times (even when you know what's coming). Just perfect writing on top of her already interesting life. If you're wondering if it's worth it (I wondered the same), buy it right now. IT. DEFINITELY. IS. Once again, THANK YOU, Kelly. You're awesome.

Gran libro, totalmente necesario, si eres fan de las chicas Gilmore. Aunque es cierto que esté enfocado en la serie, es un gran libro para conocer mas a fondo a la actriz. De facil lectura si tu nivel de inglés está entre b1/b2.

Devoured it in one go!! Just amazing

Watched “Gilmore Girls” many times with my mom and I decided to buy this book for her birthday… she was so happy to receive it!

I'm not really big on actor biographies/autobiographies (the last one I read was Anna Kendrick's, because she's always struck me as witty and intelligent). In this case, as a Gilmore Girls fan, I was intrigued by the title, The Third Gilmore Girl. What this is, is a warts-and-all autobiography that is fun to read - and in a manner that's succinct without omitting anything important in Ms. Bishop's life. While the book is definitely in Ms. Bishop's voice, she gives all due credit to her ghostwriter in the book's acknowledgments ("...she doesn't act or dance, and I don' write"). It's refreshing.
