Kinda expensive for what it is but the quality is great and I like using it.

Awesome for restaurant starting food.
I love this griddle. I use this griddle adapter a few times a week. The grease trap can be placed in front or the back. I found that the grease trap is probably better in the rear, when you push the grease or water down the trap, the water or grease can flare up. Very good thick heavy metal.
