Fantastic chocolate bitters....make for a great Manhattan !

To be honest, I’ve never used these in a cocktail, and can’t imagine one that I’d try. But in a good cup of coffee, it’s superb!

Take a 3/4 full bottle of bourbon and add 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 ounces of chocolate bitters, and fill the rest with brown sugar simple syrup. Leave it in the fridge for at least a week. But be careful as it's so delicious that you may drink it a little faster than planned.
