desertcart.com: DigitPro Photo, Slide & Negative Scanner with 5” Large Screen | Convert 35mm/110 Negatives, Slides & Physical Photos to 22MP Digital Image, Includes 8GB SD Card, No Computer Required : Office Products Review: Exactly what I needed to digitize family memories! - This scanner works exactly as advertised and is incredibly user-friendly. I love that it's a standalone device—no complicated software needed! The included trays for different photo sizes are super handy. It easily handles 3.5x5, 4x6, and even 5x7s. Just remember to choose the correct media setting (film type or photo size) before scanning to get the best results. I’ve used it for both old slides and printed photos and I'm really pleased with the results. I’m scanning decades-old photos of varying quality, so while it won't magically make a blurry vintage photo perfect, the big 5" screen makes it so easy to preview and tweak them before saving. For slides, it works flawlessly with standard 35mm (24x36mm). Overall, it's an awesome, easy-to-use device that’s finally helping me protect my family archives! Review: Image quality fine for normal viewing. - It works! I bought this product mainly for 110 slides and negatives. Holder for 110 negatives worked fine. The color slides had to be positioned correctly so they would not fall out. The photo scanner worked great for small off size photos as well. Only problem I had was a the protective screen over the display was wrinkled. pulled off the clear screen and display had area's that looked like air bubbles. Contacted manufacturer via email and they responded quickly and said they would replace unit. So if you have a problem with unit customer service will respond. Some complaints here about poor instructions for scanning. When scanning 4 buttons on display panel can control rotate image, change exposure and R.G.B color values. Also you can save image in two different image sizes.

Good for digitizing not enhancing
It is good for digitizing pictures. However it does not enhance pictures. So if want just to have them saved it’s good

Save your money
I am simply amazed that anyone found this useful. First, the images picked up from perfectly clear slides was blurry. What is the point of digitizing them if they are a blur. As a matter of fact, someone posted a video and it clearly demonstrates how yoave your money ur slides will look. Horrible! Secondly, at least for me, the photo scanner did not work.Nothing. The instructions offer no help and after seeing what the slides look like, I decided to send it back. Cannot give it 0 stars or I wou;d. Save your money or spend more to buy a working scanner.

Not worth the money
The resolution of the images it produced were very disappointing. The system had no option to change the scans and off-line software was unable to repair the images. The slide holders didn’t fit standard 35mm slides. After a few days of testing we returned the unit. We are still looking for a more capable model.

Perfect for Turning Old Slides Into Digital Memories
I inherited several carousels of family slides from my grandfather and wanted an easy way to preserve them before they deteriorated any further. After comparing a few options, I chose this scanner because it could handle slides, negatives, and printed photos all in one device. The scanning process was straightforward—insert the slide holder, preview the image on the large display, and save it to the SD card. I spent a few evenings scanning slides from family road trips taken in the 1960s and 1970s. The images were surprisingly clear, and being able to view them immediately on the screen saved a lot of time. This has been a great tool for preserving family history and sharing old photos with younger relatives.

Great little scanner
Excellent scanner. Fast, crisp, can scan 36 photos at a time, and can upload to Google drives and elsewhere. Can scan up to 1,200 dpi. Also does documents and OCR. At $650 it may seem pricey, but is far better than any flatbed I have had.
