My granddaughter is enamored of this soup. She does not eat beef and one thing to notice is that the beef flavor does not have beef. It is flavored by seafood which she will eat. Of course it is easy to fix and she reports it to be delicious.

Amazing. I loved these immediately. They are an amazing substitute for pho (one of my fav meals). They taste great as is, but with veggies and protein they would be chefs kiss. I only took off one star, because I’m not sure if the powder flavor has the health benefits of true pho bone broth, which is a big reason I love pho.

I followed microwave instructions. The water level is hard for old eyes to find, but it is there, a slight ring indentation around the entire inside circumference. I would add a bit more water to have more “juice” remaining. Got these for a quick light lunch.
