It's great.
Lives up to the hype, and I'm glad I got the updated version. Wasn't even aware this dropped until I went hunting the previous LF3. Installation wasn't difficult. Tubing is a tad long, but that's just due to my case having the mobo mounted a little higher. It fits fine and after a little adjusting there's plenty of room. Be warned: if you use the all-in-one cable you will not be able to monitor the pump or vrm speed.. that's normal. The pump will just run at the same % as the fans, so after some curve adjustments it's nice and quiet (and cool). Being it's got updated fans, and other small improvements over the previous LF3 I'd say it's a great value. If you get the black version then even better (at the time of this review the blk version is $88..). My case is a Lian Li 507, so it's a rather compact mid-sized case, and (while snug) it fits fine. Like a glove, even. A little over a cm clearance on the front and back, but oh so clean. After getting my fan curves dialed in properly (coming from a Peerless Assassin, which is still great) it runs cool and quiet-ish, as I stated above. This will have more to do with your case and other factors. I'm sure it's louder than other AIO, but I'm happy with it. Performance is solid. Installation was easy and rather fast. The online guide is great and interactive, depending on your chosen mounting method. And aesthetically it looks great. I do love that the face plate is removable, while the magnets are strong. Not sure why the "blades" you see are static (it's more of a grille), but the VRM fan appears to be substantial and u can feel a good bit of pressure coming from it...so that seems to be very functional. I hope they release a screen that's is compatible with this at some point. Edit: swapped to the split cable and adjusted my fan settings. WAY more consistent temps now. I had an issue with spikes where it would ramp up then settle once it was cool then ramp up. I'm sure this was more to do with my curve settings, but since I did this and set the VRM and pump speeds to a static 60% it's quiet and more cool than before. I also undervolted my CPU and I cruise at a solid 41C under load.

Thick, short-cabled, pre-installed AIO.
Alright, I love the aesthetics of this cooler but let me warn you of a couple of things. 1. This is already put together, so depending on your setup, that may be a plus for you. It was not for me, so reinstallation took FOREVER. The daisy chain cables connecting the fans are only as long as they need to be. All the cables except the one connecting to the motherboard are ONLY as long as they have to be. That was frustrating and will come up later in the review... 2. The radiator is thick. This is the thickest one I've ever seen. It actually hinders me from using smaller cases; not the GPU which is crazy to me. 3. Lastly, the fan LED. Unfortunately, a couple of my fans purchased with this AIO and purchased separately are defective OR it could be the fact I had to squeeze out every millimeter of length I could. I'm truly unsure. Every so often, they blink a red color. I have swapped fan position around in my case to avoid seeing the jarring intermittent flashing and have set it to breathing in the RGB app. Honestly, if I had known how thick this was, I would never have purchased this and avoided a lot of fitment trouble in the Meshify C, still, in 2026. If you have a large GPU and a small case, don't get this. If it is medium to large, you'll be fine. This is not a small(er) form factor AIO. It does keep my 7800x3D cool and it does give off a lot of light in my case. I could forgive it of everything if it wasn't so damn fat.

Mounting process was about the most frustrating thing ever, but it cools and looks well.
Fit: - Fans are pre-mounted and cable managed efficiently, which is also connected to the main cooler's lighting from the daisychain. They can be added to any ARGB daisychain too; for example, mine is nicely hooked up to 3 more fans from MSI, so 7 total devices in this daisychain if you include the light on the pump. - These fans are also really powerful but also quiet. - You may have mounting problems with certain smaller form factor cases when combined with MSI motherboards, as the built-in non-removable IO shield on those boards may just get in the way. That is a problem on MSI, as they feel the need to make the IO shield a complete brick for no reason. Temperature control: - Cools well, dropped my CPU temps (Ryzen 7 5800x) from 78 to 65 under load when compared to my old Coolermaster AIO. - It also let me adjust my fan curves accordingly and makes my fans silent on idle and barely noticable under load-- and even less if you have headphones on. Color: - The white variant looks very nice with my white-themed build. Speed: - Says the pump is rated for 2800rpm, but my sensor is actually reading between up to 2900rpm! I'm not going to complain, as my CPU now idles at 35c and equates to antarctica now.

Very good cooler
Works great and keeps temps super cool + looks pretty. Rgb is really nice and fans are quieter than i thought theyd be! I do recommend it is good for a budget 360 cooler! i was gonna get the kraken elite but some financial stuff came up so i opted cheaper, not disappointed.

Loud Fans but Great Price
Its a great budget AIO. Keeps my CPU temps down. And it looks awesome too. For a 360 AIO the price is a steal! However I feel that its pretty loud. Im unsure if I hear it that way because i’ve massively upgraded PC’s when in the past I only had 2 silent fans. But now I run 6 fans and when it starts, it sounds like an airplane. I set the fans to Silent in the bios and I feel content with it but I do wish I didnt hear them as much as I do. The other issue I was having was the RGB software. The for whatever reason it wasnt detecting the AIO. And it wasnt working with the Gigabyte software either. I got it working with Signal RGB. I just dont care for the way that software works very much.. Overall its a good AIO for the price

Exceptional Cooling, Clean Design — Quiet and Powerful AIO for High-End Builds
The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB (White) is an outstanding cooler and a perfect match for my Ryzen 9 9950X3D and ASUS Crosshair X870E Hero setup. It keeps thermals in check even under full load, with whisper-quiet operation thanks to the optimized pump and semi-passive ARCTIC P12 fans. My CPU remains cool and stable during 4K gaming, VR sessions with the HIVE Index, and sustained multitasking. The integrated VRM fan is a great touch, offering additional stability during heavy overclocking. Aesthetically, it looks sleek in my Corsair 7000D Airflow case, and the ARGB lighting is vibrant but tastefully done — especially when synced via my ITleads SC790 hub. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions and excellent build quality throughout. I originally tried to fit this cooler in a Fractal Design Torrent, but clearance issues with my GPU led me to switch to the 7000D — a move that gave the Liquid Freezer III Pro the space it deserves. Overall, this cooler delivers top-tier thermal performance with low noise and clean cable routing. A fantastic choice for any high-performance AMD system.

Quiet, Great performance.
After many aios ive landed on this arctic liquid freezer. I did not want any screen and this is not a bad looking aio. Temps are great and it is overall pretty quiet espicially after dialing in fan curve. I assume the vrm fan goes off of the pump speed but I set it to always run at 65% and I dont hear a thing. Also had no issues with installing, just make sure the mounts are the right way and its easy to install but could be a tad more difficult compared to other brands mounting brackets.

Best cooler so far
Its a bit noisy yes, but oh boy the cooling it does, totally worth trying it. Although it forces you to use their braket for the processor, i hesitated but now I am okay with it.
