I don’t have a long beard, so I hesitated on getting this. My beard is bushy and I struggle taming it. This definitely straightens it out. And gives it a more clean, kept look. I don’t use it every day, but when I need to dress up I use it, usual right after showering while my beard is damp. Just have to move slowly while combing with heat on high. If you have a longer beard or one that grows pretty straight, it would be a good investment. Wish battery life was longer, but I do get 3-4 sessions per charge. I travel a lot and it’s easy to pack.

I love this thing, it's amazing. I started my beard journey with this guy and have since purchased a corded one for home. It works great to straighten my beard hair. Fantastic for travel touchups. What would make it 5 starts? Well the battery and connection for said battery. Given the whole job of the batter here is to turn electrons into heat, it's gonna burn through battery. Charging port should have been USB-C and you should be able to use the thing while it's plugged in. You can't charge it and use it at the same yime, even if it's at half capacity.

the product worked well in the beginning but when the battery was discharged, it did not charge using the cable provided. I've emailed custumer service and am waiting for an answer.
