Hi, i was wondering if the pre-built wifi card can be taken out and if i can apply it with a different one, in this case the asus pce-ac88.

you can upgrade the m.2 wifi module but not with pce-ac88. Intel AX200 is a nice option, too

Will the july 4th 2020 stocks be 3rd gen ryzen ready, or require bios update?

If new stock then yes, should come with already updated BIOS. I bought in February and after checking with MSI they confirmed that my BIOS should (and did) work perfectly with my 3600.

No it doesnt, but AMD send out a boot kit to upgrade the BIOS as I had to do that with my 3700x
