I am extremely pissed. Bought what is supposed to be an awesome hazer for a good chunk of cash. Tested it at home and it worked fine. Get it to the first gig and it goes into a permanent warm up cycle and never fires up. No tech support to call, you can “open a support ticket” via email. I’ll be returning this Monday morning and getting something else.Update. Instead of returning it I had it repaired under warranty. They were very prompt and paid shipping both ways. The repair seems good and they were pretty quick about it. Bumping this up from one star to four.
