So my daughter gave me a pair of these a couple of years ago,they are the best insert I have ever worn.Still buying them.tried buying a diff brand that was cheaper,couldn't keep,had to send back and reorder portalus

My orthopedist recommended inserts that would provide good support, but he did not recommend a particular brand. Friend’s podiatrist specifically recommended these inserts. My friend liked them, so I bought them too. Went on vacation and walked 5-7 miles a day with no trouble and no pain. I highly recommend these inserts!

I have been using the M-100 for the past few years, and these are just not as high arched with the same deep heel cup. But I tried these after reading the reviews about the M-100 elite.. I'm going to have to spend the money and buy the elite.. this just wasn't for me.

I purchased 3 different Protalus inserts as plantar fasciitis has been creeping up and making it hard to walk. The inserts themselves are pretty good. I think they could have a little better arch support. The heel cup seems to be good and supportive. The worst thing is the smell. I have tried different sprays and powders and nothing has helped the odor - it makes my socks/feet smell as well. I had really hoped that I could deal with the smell but, I am going to have to try and find something else.

Sent Wide width instead of Medium width. I tried to trim—did not work. Total loss of use of product. Sorry. This usually is a good insert.
