Very fresh large sheets
Used for Kalua pork roast. Leaves came nicely wrapped, were very fresh and large sheets. They will crack so recommend laying out foil, then leaves on top, then whatever you are cooking. Use foil to wrap the leaves around the meat or they will come apart easily. We had more than enough with 1 order to do 3 pork roasts. Note: You can freeze any extra leaves for up to a year!

Save your money
Leaves arrived yellow and smelly. Since I had no other choice since I wanted to make banh tet, I picked out and cut off some usable ones (less than half the bag, then I had to rinse and dry them before using. Made the boiling water brown and murky, and the old funk lingers. Just save your money and buy from Wee when it’s available

Good for tamales :)
I was surprised to find this product in Amazon. They are a bit narrow but they worked! You must clean and heat them prior to use so they can be more resistant and flexible.
