I first cleaned the glass part as described, but did not seat the sealing ring properly. This caused it to leak. When I reseated the ring properly, it functioned fine. It takes a few minutes to charge, and is ready to use when it glows blue. The unit turns off after 3 minutes. Before each use it is best to take the time to recharge the unit.I have no way of knowing the actual hydrogen content of the water, but I feel good drinking it.It performs as promised.

I have only used it a few times. It worked great the first two times and now it barely works. I have tried recharging it and it didn’t improve. Don’t waste your money on this!

This pitcher is great! I no longer need to may one glass at a time. Easy to use and clean and not to bulky on counter space. I would buy it again in a heart beat.❤️👍🏻🎉

Came with charging cord but no charger? My phone charger works.

Box was not easily accessible. I had to break it apart at the seam thinking it would go back together, but no. Cleaning instructions at the beginning aren’t very detailed. Have used for a few days and use it often. Don’t have any reviews on how I’m “feeling” yet but hoping for the best!

Their were lots of hydrogen bubbles at first. But about thirty days in they basically stopped. It's barely adding hydrogen to my water anymore.
