Helloooo, Amazon Peeps! If you’re dealing with bleeding gums, gum pockets, or inflammation and want to avoid expensive dental work, this product is absolutely worth trying. I’ve been using it for about three years now. At one point I had gum pockets measuring 3mm, 4mm, and even 5mm. After staying consistent with this, my dental checkups showed they were reduced to mostly 2s and 3s. Some people say that kind of improvement isn’t possible, but in my personal experience it absolutely was. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but one bottle lasts a couple of months depending on how much you use in your water flosser. Personally, I’d rather spend about $40 every 2–3 months than thousands on more dental work. I also do oil pulling with GuruNanda products, and I’ve found that it works really well alongside this for overall gum and tooth health. I actually stopped using it for a few months due to other health issues and didn’t realize how much my gums had declined until I started again. After about 4–6 weeks of consistent use, my gums were pink again and the bleeding stopped. At this point, I refuse to go without this stuff.

This is my second bottle, so I’ve given it a fair shot. I haven’t noticed any huge changes yet, but it does make your mouth feel extremely fresh. Very minty. Like “did I just chew five pieces of gum” minty. I use it in my water pick, and that’s where the main downside shows up. You absolutely have to rinse your water pick after because it leaves a thick film and residue behind. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. It’s very strong, so a little goes a long way. You don’t need much at all. That helps, because it is a little pricey. Especially when you haven’t seen dramatic results yet. To be fair, I don’t use it every single day, so consistency might matter. Great for freshness and breath. Jury’s still out on long-term results, but it definitely makes your mouth feel clean.

Ilove this product. I feel like I am being resonsible for my dental health. I use it with my water pick. My Dentist recommended it a lot time ago.

This is a great product use a small cap full 1/4 teaspoon daily in your water flosser It looked real small and expensive But I had a gum issue at one side of my mouth and it was gone in two days. I love this stuff.

I’m thoroughly enjoying my water pick 100% more now that I put this solution in the water before I use it. It takes the pain and irritation in my gums away. And I noticed when I don’t use it the irritation comes back. It’s also supposed to help my breath. I’m hoping that’s going on too.
