This product works!
My doctor recommended these, to ward off persistent UTIโs. Iโve recommended Genna MD to friends and family who report similar results. Itโs a pricey OTC option, but beats the alternative of UTIโs beautifully.

It is the best cranberry pill you can get hands down.
It is the best of the best. it helped me clear a uti (with antibiotics, I ordered at the start of my uti) and also helped stop one forming a few months later. Unlike other cranberry pills where I'm not sure if it's helping, I can tell this clearly does help. Just be sure to drink water with it so it can do it's job. Anytime I'm worried I take one with a glass of water. The pills have a long shelf life, so it helps justify the price point. If you have some irritation in the tract, the cranberry can irritate that area more. So best to use it as needed instead of every single day. Although it does work even better if you can take Vitamin C too. (unfortunately vit. c is also an irritant) Haven't had a UTI since I ordered in December. I've also done more to correct a Vitamin D deficiency. So here's hoping I can be free of them.

Really works
Was getting a UTI every 4 months. Since taking this product, no more UTI issues. Take one pill every morning with 4 oz of water. Tried so many different products, including Uqora products, but none worked. Highly recommend this product. Some cranberry products may be cheaper, but not as refined as Solv Wellness GennaMD Cranberry supplement. If youโre thinking of going to a cheaper product, go to ChatGPT and ask by comparison which is the better product. I did, to make my own comparison, and was surprised that all comparisons I did came back as GennaMD the better product. So I made the purchase and so happy I did.

Works for 94-year-old mother
This seems to work. 90 4-year-old mother with dementia was getting UTIs and ending up in the hospital way too often. We now use this along with three times a week vaginal estrogen cream at the advice of holistic nurse. In 6 months there still has not been a UTI.
