It makes you drowsy. You take 1 around bedtime. As for me I take 1/2 pill at 8pm by 10:30 or before I’m sleeping. But you should see what works best for you.

The reviews are all about pain relief. What about the sleep aid factor?

This product is simply Acetaminophen plus 25 mg of diphenhydramine HCl ... Diphenhydramine HCl, in this same dosage, is the exact same ingredient (usually the ONLY ingredient) in almost every over the counter sleep aid that's not melatonin or other organic. You are basically taking Tylenol and Benedryl. Same thing, exactly. The Diphenhydramine HCl is NOT free of side effects, and I would never suggest someone take it every day. D-HCI is a sedating antihistamine and will dry your whole body up. Diphenhydramine is considered a mind altering substance.
