Very Tasty.
I saw this in a show that said it's one of the best pastas in Italy. These definitely are VERY good. Nice bite, not squishy (if cooked properly), strong taste. That being said, my wife doesn't think paying $9 bucks vs $1.50 for our regular Costco is worth it. I do though. You get 4 std bowls of spaghetti with this for your $9, pair it with Rao's for another $6 and that's $15 for 4 meals. That's still really cheap. Protein content in these are much higher than American stuff so they'll be more filling for longer as well. It doesn't say how long to cook on the package, so try 9 minutes at a constant light boil.

High end pasta worth the premium price
Expensive for what you get however truly one of the top of the line pastas you can get. Has the rough texture you want for sauce retention and the thin amount of starch on each noodle which makes your pasta water more rich when using it to mix your sauces and dishes. Cooked, it has a nice texture as well when cooked properly - you'll notice the different within all of your dishes and sauces as well. 1/2 a kg each pack, will last you a long time and make plenty of dishes. I would say it's worth the difference if you have delicious plans for your pasta. Simple dishes may not see as large a difference.

Love this pasta
I love pasta but hated all the non essential ingredients that pasta makers sell in the US. Did some research and landed on going through Italian produced pastas only. Literally only 3-4 ingredients, pasta is put through brass cutters so sauce clings way better and the chew of the pasta is awesome. I’m not an al dente guy so I go a minute or two longer but you can tell the difference in taste. It’s more money but worth the taste and getting rid of “extra unnecessary” ingredients.

pricy but good.
Pricy but best pasta noodle with good texture when cooked al dente.
