I got this mainly for the abdominal area in which I've been dealing with a lot of bloating partially from a medicine. After the first time leaving on for 4 hours I noticed less bloating and my upper ab area was tighter with the overhang gone. That was completely unexpected! I am using again today and trying on my knees, too. Tonight I will try the hand ones while I sleep. So glad I found this as I have never heard of caster oil pack wraps before!

The Castor oil wraps have velcro strips to make them easy to slip on and take off. Soft material, not scratchy. I use them to keep my clothing and bedding from getting stained when I apply oils or creams. I thought that price was reasonable considering the variety pack.

I am using the castor oil now. I have never ordered castor oil before, but it seems to be fine for applying to the pads. The pads are wonderful for a no mess application. I have no problems for using the castor oil on my feet, liver area, face and scalp. I actually like to use it on my scalp once and awhile to control my frizzy hair.

Seller was great. No problem at all with seller but the product did not do what the description described that it would help with.Product was well made and good quality.The oil was not effective for as the description statex

Pkg comes with lots of options, but I only needed one of them. It is a bit difficult for me to use due to the arthritis in my hands.
