I bought 3 of these as Christmas gifts and everyone loves them. Just be careful when using because it has several settings and the highest one will definitely burn your hair and skin if you’re not careful (yes, this happened to me)! Works great!

Decent curling wand but a small piece fell off right out of the box. I tried to just snap it back in, but it doesn’t stay and continued to call out. It seems odd for the amount of money I paid.

I love the long barrel. Easy to use and creates lasting curls.

I’ve owned many curling irons over the years and this is one of the more expensive ones I’ve had. It’s nice when it works but it’s very inconsistent. 50/50 chance if it heats up without having to turn it off and back on. Sometimes after indicating it’s heating, it returns to one light, which I assume is some kind of error. Once you turn it off and back on, it’ll indicate it’s at your desired temperature but it’s still cool. Just frustrating for an expensive curling iron. It started doing this after about 3 months of use. I’ve had it for almost two years at this point. I suppose I should have contacted the manufacturer for warranty but it seems to be a known problem.
