I recently received this wallet, and I’m genuinely impressed with its construction and overall quality. It comfortably holds all of my essentials, including my ID, medical insurance card, credit and debit cards, and cash, without feeling overstuffed. I chose this wallet because I needed a more efficient way to carry both cash and cards without added bulk, since I keep my wallet in my front pocket. The slim, thoughtful design makes it perfect for that purpose. Overall, it strikes an excellent balance between functionality and compactness.

Unboxing the wallet was like getting a Christmas present several times in one box. The wallet comes in a very sturdy thick cardboard box. Upon removing the lid, the first thing you see is very fine tissue paper printed with the Serman Brands logo wrapped around the wallet. After removing the tissue paper, you will find a cloth pouch that contains the wallet itself. The pouch is drawstring and also has the Serman Brands logo printed on it. The pouch can be repurposed for something else like holding jewelry, or putting spare credit cards in it, holding coins, or just about anything you can small you can think of. Remove the wallet from the pouch and initial inspection of the wallet indicates it was designed in USA and made in China. The construction is very solid, stitching even and leather feels very thick and put together well. When you open the wallet, it also contains a piece of the same tissue paper it was wrapped in to protect the plastic ID window. At this point I was very pleased with the quality and presentation of the wallet. I ordered the Army green wallet simply because I like the color. From the picture, I anticipated an olive green type color. The color was very dark and it actually looks black. For me, I did not mind as I would have bought the black anyways if there had not been a green choice. If you absolutely need the wallet to be green, then I fear you might be disappointed in just how dark it actually is. The wallet has a thank you card inside it as well as inside the box. Very heavy card stock. Nothing fancy but sure makes you feel like the company cares about quality control. On to the functionality of the wallet. The description states that it is a minimalist wallet. It is not as thick as a billford or trifold wallet so in that sense, it is a minimalist wallet but once you put a license, 3 credit / debit cards, and a few bills in the wallet, it becomes quite thick. The way the card pockets are designed not being in line with each other but at staggered depths, it makes the wallet bulky. Where all the cards overlap each other, there is a bump which causes the edges of the wallet to bend in. There is a slot that you can put cards in that has a pull strap to get the card out. This function seems to work good but does not seem like it would last if used constantly. To recap, the presentation of the wallet is wonderful. Quality seems very good. Very well made! Price is very reasonable for the quality. The color is off a bit but not a problem if that type of thing does not bother you. Can be bulky depending on how much is put in the wallet. Lots of openings for cards and cash. Would most definitely buy again for myself or as a gift.

I was looking for a new wallet for a trip I had booked. I wanted it to fulfill these criteria: - Slim - Minimalist - RFID blocking - Capacity for multiple credit cards - Capacity for foreign bank notes The first four were quite easy to find in most wallets listed here on Amazon, but I had a hard time finding one that could fulfil that last requirement. They were usually just big enough to accommodate US dollar bills - which are all uniform in size irrespective of denomination. Euros increase in size as their denominations grow, so they would not fit well in any of these wallets. One of the questions on this particular wallet piqued my interest as it asked if it could handle Euros and I, like the original answerer, can confirm that it can handle them... and pound sterling banknotes too! My 3rd and 4th picture give a sense of the difference in dimensions between a few kinds of banknotes. In general, US dollar bills are larger widthwise than both pound sterling and euro banknotes but tend to be smaller height wise (where I am defining width as the longest edge and height as the shorter edge). For those interested, here is a list of the exact dimensions (W x H) of the banknotes in the pictures: - £10 banknote: 132 mm × 69 mm - £20 banknote: 139 mm x 73 mm - $5 bill: 156 mm x 66.3 mm - €20 banknote: 133 mm x 72 mm - €5 banknote: 120 mm x 62 mm I had no issues inserting any of the banknotes height wise (i.e., the bill is folded in half and inserted along the longest side) as you can see in the 5th and 6th pictures. However, if you were to try to insert a bill with a height greater than about 74 mm (as is the case with euro banknotes €50 and greater in value and £50 banknotes) you would likely end up crushing the edges slightly with the fold of the wallet. This can mostly be remedied by rotating the larger banknotes and inserting them widthwise (pictures 7 and 8), the only exceptions being the US dollar and euro banknotes €200 in value and over which, even when folded in half, still stick out over 74 mm (pictures 9 and 10). Tl;dr This is a quality wallet that has survived an entire trip across Europe with minimal wear and tear, all while keeping my cards and cash safe. It can easily fit most kinds of cash - including any denomination of US dollar or pound sterling - but will have trouble fitting €200 and €500 banknotes (not like those are very common anyway). If I were to make any suggestions for improvement it would be to perhaps add a zipper to one of the cash pockets (if that is possible) so that the wallet could also safely hold some change. I found loose change increasingly difficult to manage on my travels, so I think a coin compartment would be quite convenient.

It’s a nice wallet and durable. When I first put cards in it, it didn’t close completely so I put some weight on it to crease the spine. Now it closes flat and the pull tap is an interesting feature I don’t use it much personally. It’s more convenient than my old wallet and lighter too.

Small profile, excellent quality and feel. Enough capacity for 4/5 credit cards. Easily accessible slot for the credit card I use most with a small strap that allows you to access that card is an awesome feature that I never knew I needed!

Nice wallet , small bit there want I wanted. Fits my id and some cards for a light carrying wallet. Appears to be well made at this point.

I always used bulky bi-fold wallets and recently was using one of the gimmicky smart wallets which was a complete waste of time and space. In my frustrations I decided to try look for something else and came across Serman Brands, the slim brown bi-fold wallet caught my eye. I have been using it for 3 days now and I must say its the best wallet I have owned for far, build quality is excellent, material used are great and the wallet feels quite premium and elegant. It's very slim and has a nice form factor. Right now I have 11 cards and some notes in the wallet and its still super compact and holds it all well without looking like its straining. The quick pull tab at the back is great for accessing cards quickly and I have 3 cards in that slot now with no issues at all. Overall i'm loving that the smaller form factor can still carry all my wallet essentials with easy. I would highly recommend this wallet and will be keeping an eye on the brand for more great products.
