Worst product and brand
Never trust this trash product or this useless brand again. I genuinely regret wasting my money on this. I bought these earbuds almost a year ago because I trusted the brand and liked the sound quality at first. But even before one year was over, the product started malfunctioning. Sometimes the right earbud wouldn’t work at all, sometimes the Bluetooth wouldn’t disconnect even after putting it back in the case. Basic functionality itself was failing. Thankfully it was still under warranty, so I went through the entire frustrating warranty claim process expecting at least a proper replacement. But the replacement product turned out to be even worse. From the moment I touched it, I could immediately feel the cheap low-quality plastic compared to the original one. Even the sound quality felt downgraded. Still, I ignored it and tried to move on. And guess what? Within just 3–4 days, the left earbud completely stopped working. So what exactly is the point of your “replacement” if the replacement itself is defective within days? This is honestly one of the most disappointing product experiences I’ve had. Terrible quality control, terrible reliability, and a complete waste of customer trust. To anyone planning to buy from this brand: please don’t. Save your money and your peace of mind. I trusted this brand once. Never again.

Excellent product
Bought another one of same product, after six months of usage. Excellent battery life amongst all TWS used till date. Audio quality is okayish for bass. ANC mode is average, but this does provide the worth of the money.
