Misleading and disappointing
Very disappointing. The hardware is good but the app is unusable. There is a lot of potential in this product but they will only realise it when they throw out the current app and rebuild it with ease of use and flexibility in mind. Honestly this industry is begging for a competitor to come in and show us how this can be done well. Unfortunately Hatch is not that (yet? 🤞). I'd love to return my Hatch 3 and wait for that competitor, maybe they never come but this $200 disappointment is not bringing me any joy.

bad Bluetooth connection
The concept of the product is better than the application, the Bluetooth was weak and every time I turned the hatch on for unwind it wasn’t what I chose and the colors are wrong so it made me get up out of bed walk to where I put my phone and change it. I had to do that so many times in a night. It defeated the whole purpose of the product
