I got this to hang one of those hammock swings on my patio and it works great! I just wrapped it more times to get it longer or shorter, which made it really easy. It's very strong, definitely can hold a 300 lb man easily, that is my husband's size and he uses the swing all the time. The length is great, it's very stable, and easy to setup.
