Yes, it just the right size for my lower back and to do small Pilates exercises. Very, very easy to blow up with the straw provided.

I was having to go to physical therapy for sciatica pain and one of the exercises used a ball like this. It the perfect size and works well.

Overall, very happy with my purchase great pricing, great quality and as always mailed quickly, only con was inflation was a little complicated at first, and I don’t like the crease that isn’t it once inflated, but that simply cosmetic all in all great product!

Poor quality. Hard to inflate to desired level so to support yoga practice l. Too soft.

Got this on recommendation from my trainer to enhance my ab & butt exercises. It’s supposed to help you to isolate muscles differently. It’s nice and soft against your skin but thick so it feels like it’ll last, unless my dog gets hold of it. It was easy to inflate with the included straw and has held the air about two weeks now with no signs of leaking. It’s a good size to hold in one hand or even with an ankle as pictured.

It does what it says on the tin. Bought for use at the leisure centre. The centre does supply them but they are not too clean. It is working well, I found it quite difficult to blow up but that is my fault. The straw supplied could have been a bit stronger but still works. I still will recommend the exercise ball.
