Já a minha mãe, usa para evitar calos nos calcanhares dela, que têm a pele bem sensível. Desde que experimentamos, não ficamos sem!

I am a longtime runner so I have used a LOT of different anti-chafing remedies. This is one of the best I’ve found. It is easy to apply, like a stick of deodorant, you don’t need a lot and it doesn’t leave you feeling super greasy. But it works really well. I use it between my legs, on the inside of my arms, on my back where my shorts waistband rubs, even under my bra strap where I chafe sometimes. Of course it’s mostly useful in hot weather. I understand this was made originally by surfers and I will say it works great for the beach, when we have multiple days with the kiddos in and out of sand and water, I have them put it on in the morning, mostly on the inside of their legs where the suits rub and it helps a lot. Sometimes they put it on the tops of their feet so they won’t rub against their shoes when they’re a bit sandy (put it on clean skin before the sand of course!). I know this is a bit pricey but it’s worth it!
