Didn’t work for me because I was trying to ice post op. The weight made it difficult. I’d use it to ice other injuries and pain though

This shoulder ice pack is convenient and easy to use. It fits well and provides good relief. The only downside is that the gel tends to slide down from the top of the shoulder, so that area doesn’t get cooled properly. It would be better if there were compartments to keep the gel evenly distributed.

Perfect for my son in baseball! Works well! Size is good he's 15, easy to use, straps hold it in place well, stays cold for over 25 min if frozen!

Absolutely love this ice pack. It is perfect for shoulder and upper arm pain, the Velcro strap is stretchy and easy to put on, big enough for my fat arms, covers the whole area that needs iced down from the top of my shoulder to just above my elbow. Stays cold for a long time.

I went to rehab to try and prevent yet another shoulder surgery. This worked great to keep my shoulder iced after rehab. I was able to wear it while I sat at my desk and worked. I have full mobility back and no pain. And this is completely thanks to rehab and the ability ice it down afterwards
