The product was bad
The product was the worst, the heat didn’t work, I sent it to my friend in Albania as a gift, I didn’t open it to try it and she said to me that it didn’t work, I need another one so I can send it to her

Do not buy this if you live in the UK
Product delivered with US adaptor. Seller won’t do a return unless I ship it and pay for it myself. I have a very unhappy daughter who got this for her birthday and it’s useless. Customer services is rubbish. Avoid like the plague.

Aunque mi cabello es seco por que esta tratado. Ep cepillo me lo dejo super suave.
Tenía tantas expectativas de probarlo. Me quise esperar varios días de uso para decirlo. Es un gran artículo que te da un peinado bastante estilizado y en poco tiempo. Ahorras tiempo. Y mucho . Pero como bien dicen otros comentarios NO se usa en cabello humdo. Debes sacarlo perfectamente primero . La segunda recomendación es usar siempre peitector de calor. Porque claramente si quema con uso inadecuado. Pero si eres una persona que anda de arriba para abajo siempre sin tiempo. Esta herramienta es una maravilla. Algo que me enca to tambien es que las ondas si me duran todo el día. Aunque obvio, se bajan un poco. Pero se soluciona con un pequeño retoque . Por que al ser pequeños y cero ruidoso. Es fácil llevarlo a muchos lados.

Frizz Be Gone and welcome a Polished Look
I have very curly hair and my attempt to straighten never turns out like the hairdresser. She recommended this and it works so well. Best hair tool that I have used. Removed the frizz!
