I was regularly waking up to pre-Diabetic numbers, around 100-105. I know that isn't terrible, but I've had family members who are very sensitive diabetics & really wanted to protect myself from going there. So, I started taking 1 of these little gems after my evening meal, & I now regularly wake to about 85-86. So, I consider these to be very valuable & I am very thankful for them.
