I love this! I’m physically disabled, and as a result I find exercise very difficult, and especially when it comes to being able to do certain exercises, and squats are something I can no longer do without equipment, and actually struggled to do them when I was more able bodied in all fairness, but this investment has absolutely changed that for the better! Honestly, it’s been incredible! Because I’m a wheelchair user, using this means I’m seated on something that can take my whole weight, and I don’t need to try and support myself and my weight with my legs which I can’t do unsupported, so being able to sit on this, and push the foot peddles with my legs and pull the handles with my hands/arms, it really does make a huge difference! It’s gives the action of squats and rowing, so two in one, and I really do feel safe and supported using it. I won’t use without someone being home just in case of falls but that’s purely down to me and how my disabilities affect me, but otherwise I do feel very supported on the seat, unlike with some exercise equipment that have ridiculously thin and very uncomfortable seats. Between this and the exercise bike I’d been bought which also has a wider and sturdier seat, as well as side handles to help keep me sturdy if needed, similar to the bikes for wheelchair users at the gym, I’ve been really managed to get more exercise than I’ve been able to in years when I’m on my better days, which has been such a great feeling for me.The only downside, which is more to do with my disabilities again than anything else, but I feel it needs to be mentioned for anyone else who is in the same situation, is that it’s not so easy to put together if you struggle with any kind of chronic pain and/or fatigue, or mobility issues, so you will need someone to help or do it for you, but once it’s out together, it’s nice and easy, and thoroughly enjoyable to use.

Addictive, fun and health/weight benefits are showing. Recommending to everyone I come across who mentions my body shape changes.

Great way to work out, felt it on first day, easy video guide to assemble if you feel you need it, I love it, my daughter loves it and my husband says it Great too, winner.

Llevo usando ya varios meses el producto y debo decir que con tan solo 30 min. Logras un entrenamiento intenso. No soy muy constante por lo que no tengo forma de decir si noto cambios físicos significativos pero sin duda es un muy buen equipo de entrenamiento en casa. Yo diría que el mejor de su tipo.

Okay, so it's pretty simple to put together for the most part ,but I'm a visual person so I had to go to YouTube and watch a video lol. After I did that I tried it out and all I can say is were has this been all this time because every muscle in my body is mad at me. OMG I love this machine. I don't see that I'm going to have any problem with it, it's made well and looks and feels very sturdy and I always get the protection plan so that won't be the problem .I'm very happy with my purchase.
