Magic Mill Pro Food Dehydrator Machine MFD-1098

This machine is very easy to use. I love it.

I started making my own beef jerky at home and l think the best method is using a dehydrator to dry out your meat, so l needed something that could hold 3kg of meat easy to operate, reliable temperature values not noisy and easy to clean. This is it the Magic Mill Pro.

I never leave reviews but thought this might be helpful. We like to hunt and bought this for making jerky. I am fairly picky when it comes to kitchen equipment and had several concerns before buying but this thing is great. What I love: It is very quiet and hardly notice it when running. The SS looks nice and the metal trays are good quality. The 10 tray unit easily holds a 5 lb batch jerky with room to spare. Bottom plastic drip pan works great for easy clean up. The cooking is very uniform. I can tell no difference between top bottom or middle trays when cooking so no need to move trays around while cooking. Great airflow so works a lot faster than how we used to do it in our convection oven. We like 6:30 hrs at 167 degrees. Timer and temp controls are easy to use. I like everything about it.

Love this. I have 2 dehydrators and I use them all the time. I just finished doing diced onions, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms and so much more. It’s wonderful

Cool product. Fruit does taste better when you dehydrate it yourself. Can’t wait to try making mushroom powder and sun dried tomatoes! 🍌 🥝
