How long would this item take to recharge a cell phone ?

Too long. You need to charge a power bank first. Like the Venture 30 by Goal Zero. Then charge your phone from the power bank.

Can i use goal zero nomad 5 solar panel with my gz yeti 1000?

My solar panel doesn’t work at all. It can’t charge anything. Do not recommend

Just open it to the sun and it is on. Check for the little blue light on the cord connection box.

und zwar richtig. ich betreibe damit mein macbook air mit dem m1 prozessor. es hing noch nie am netzstecker. mit diesem panel und der powerbank dran ernährt sich mein computer bestens. es leistet viel und die einstellbarkeit des neigungswinkels ist sehr gut durchdacht.
