Does this containe caffeine?

Yes, it is black tea with lemon and lime flavoring.

Does the lemon lime twist have soy in it?

The package says “A blend of fine black teas with a twist of lemon and lime to deliver true citrus refreshment. A delightful combination to awaken the senses and highlight the joys of life”... Doesn’t say anything about soy..

does this tea help with sinuses and help releive mucus?

No, at least not for me. I can't think of a tea that does … but I enjoy the tea. The flavor is predominately lime.
