love this thing, work horse fan right here.
This thing is real nice, real quiet, and can really blow air if you put it at the highest setting. For my usage, it's good enough for a laminar flow hood. Also, I know it's a bit trashy, but it does come with a nice foam block for the top and bottom that I ended up cutting out and then sliding onto the shaft of the drum. Those inserts are actually real nice for just holding it in place in a box.

Excellent product for the price. The sizing is not an exact fit for 6" ducts. It will require a little manipulation to get the ducts to fit. The fan is a variable speed fan. The faster the speed fan the louder it is, but for the price it is very good. If you expect something very quiet then you will need to pay a lot more.
