These bars work well for me when I need something quick, filling, and easy to carry. The texture is soft and chewy, not dry or chalky, and the chocolate coating gives it a brownie feel without being too sweet. So I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 44 years old this April of 2025. Tldr it's been a long nightmare of a road trying to find good food and over snacks that are low-carb, low sugar and that actually tastes good. This is obviously falling under the category of something sweet to eat while also packing a good amount of protein. It not having any sugar in it and yet still actually tasting very much. So like a chocolate brownie was very surprising to me. Obviously it still doesn't taste like a real brownie with real sugar, but it's pretty darn close. Protein bar that makes for an easy quick snack that you can grab and take with you or keeping a package then. This is absolutely The thing you're looking for. I actually went with the galactic brownie bars, 12 count box. And I've ordered these a few times now since first getting them. Nice size, good quantity for the number spent, and the ingredients are all healthy which is great for my new diet. The texture is a bit hard, but is a firm brownie protein bar so that's to be expected. Holds up very well in warmer temperatures as well. Again would highly recommend, enjoy!

Arrives fresh and well before the expiration date. These taste pretty good but are VERY chewy. Even warming them as others had suggested didn't help for me. I am missing a lot of teeth and these were just too chewy for me so I gave them to my son.

These are a nice texture. The inside feels firm but chewy (as protein bars should be imo) and then has a softer layer on top which reminds me of a layer of frosting. They are really yummy. They do have a slight aftertaste. It’s only whilst eating it. It doesn’t linger. It’s likely from the low carb sugar used. Compared to other sugar free/lower sugar protein bars..this is is quite filling and doesn’t have a chalky/powdery look or taste. They aren’t dry inside. I’m trying to lose weight and these are my replacement for candy bars. They are super filling which is awesome, helps me make it through my 2 hour windows. It was well within expiration. I would purchase these again.

These are really delicious. I like that they are gluten free. I also like that they are lower in fat and calories compared to some other protein bars.
