Great little steam cleaner, multiple uses. Easy to use, good steam pressure. Only used it twice but it made a great job of tiled floors, grout lines, shower, facia boards, kitchen cupboards.

Have used for first time today. I tried it out on my kitchen and hall floors- both LVT. Am really impressed with the cleaning power, and the fact that it does not leave the floors soaking wet- they dry in no time. I'm 74 yo and I feel this is really going to make cleaning my home so much easier than conventional methods. Its very easy to manouvere, and the length of the hose and the cord means no need for changing power points for different rooms. So far I am delighted with my purchase - ps - lots of attatchment so glad Ibought the compatible bag to store. (Not the dupray bag - a bit pricey)

Haven’t used this to its full potential yet but so far I’m impressed. Great carry bag that keeps everything in the right place. I originally bought a cheapest steamer but returned it as you get what you pay for and I wanted to invest in something that was going to last me and be man enough for the jobs that I wanted to do.

Im sure i just had bad luck but it leaked straight away from underneath the box. There was puddles and luckily hadnt plugged in. Got refund apart from that Dupray were very interested in the details so must have been a part missed out. I was really looking forward to using it on some selected materials have since learnt i dont need a steamer just good cleaning materials.

I'm sure I'd written this review already. I think I was expecting too much from the high reviews. It is not magic. It does not magically make dirt, grease or grime disappear. What it does do is help lift grease or stubborn stains without harsh chemicals so the cleaning process is somewhat easier without the elbow grease. But to be honest it doubles the working time as the machine needs to be set up, the steam needs to be applied to a small area and it's a wax on wax off process, steam, clean while the dirt is loose, then steam another small area, repeat, etc.. and then the walls, oven and the surrounding areas then wiped down and dried of all the flotsom. And the rest of the room and windows then wiped down because of the excess steam. It worked well on a greasy hob, the result was sparkling like new but the process was time consuming and more messy than using an industrial cleaner.. So it does work on grease. It doesn't help on scale, so another product is needed there. It hasn't magically brightened the tiles or grout, so a deep cleaning product is needed on that too. I haven't yet tried it on fabric as the machine is frankly too cumbersome and annoying to set up and put away. I have just realised it's been used twice (in the first week) since purchase three months ago). The design is shocking; aesthetic but not functional at all. You can't see how much water is inside (you have to buy distilled water for use in hard water area). You can't drain excess water away. But you have to turn the machine upside down to manually wind in the cable.. there is only one light so it is green when it's ready (at temperature) but off when it's heating and when it's off, so it's a guess if it's on or maybe fused, all very unsure, especially if you step away for a while. Ridiculously there is no where to store all the attachments. The machine won't fit back into the box neatly for storage so you need a spare utility room just to store the thing. At this price it should really have a self retracting cable and a whole drawer to store the attachments, it's not as if the product needs to be this small because the hose and pipes take up room in storage. I think the product is ideal for someone who has time to spend cleaning and not for someone who needs to make their cleaning operations more efficient. Word of warning: don't use it on electrical products - the steam destroyed the electric circuit board on the washing machine, and that was just attempting a quick pressure wash of the soap drawer. It helped lift the black scum, but didn't lift the caked on soap powder by the way. A sad purchase for us.

As for the product, it works well, but there are two massive annoyances. Firstly the hose pipe cannot be removed and there’s no way to store it which is not annoying. It just wraps around the outside of the unit and the handle just flops all over the place making an incredibly difficult to store. Secondly the power cable wraps underneath which is difficult to get to because it’s a heavy unit especially if it’s filled with water and The plug doesn’t fit easily into the bottom of the unit where the cable is stored so every time you try to pack it away, it’s frustrating.

This device is amazing I recently got new kitchen floor tiles and we build on an extension and added tiles too. The dust was terrible! This device is incredible at getting the floors clean, the counter tops, the oven. It is a powerful clean stream product grease gone no additional products needed!

Habe ihn gestern bekommen, heute ausprobiert. Funktioniert einwandfrei, das einzige was mich stört ist, dass man den Dampknopf gedrückt halten muss. Das ist umständlich.

NO COMPRES!!! SE ACABA DE ESTROPEAR CON TAN SÓLO 6 SEMANAS!! HA DEJADO DE FUNCIONAR!! Diseño minimalista y fácil de mover. La bolsa de transporte es esencial aunque sea para que ocupe menos en un armario. Tanto el cable de corriente como el de la manguera son suficientemente largos haciendo que el uso sea cómodo. Tarda alrededor de un par de minutos en estar lista para aplicar el vapor. Lo cierto es que tiene pocos accesorios, deberían haber para exteriores y específicos para muebles o bañeras. Me gusta que el caudal de vapor es constante y generalmente quita bastante suciedad. No me gusta que debería tener más potencia, ósea más calor el vapor ya que hay manchas como incienso condensado en el jacuzzi que no salen ni usando el vapor a diario… no es como veis en los vídeos de YouTube, como la mayoría de los productos que enseñan los YouTubers en colaboración con las marcas pero es una buena máquina.
