I was initially a bit hesitant to try it because it only contains 13g of protein per serving, but I am so glad I took the leap! Not only is the taste absolutely delicious, but it is surprisingly effective at keeping me full and satisfied much longer than other meals or shakes I've tried. It has become a staple in my routine—definitely a 5-star product for both quality and satiety.

I found this brand after coming across Dr. Livingood's program on eating CLEAN protein. I detect NO bone taste- only the vanilla and choc taste/flavors. I add vanilla to my green tea and it tastes like chai. I dropped the horrible Coffemate crap. It's filling and I don't need an entire breakfast. Have used the Choc for blending berries, avocados, kale. Vanilla too- Avocado, Kale. Really good. It is more expensive- but worth it-.

Love this product. Giving it 4 stars because it is very expensive for a senior citizen. The ginger tumeric is bitter but perhaps mixing with juices would help. Much better than plant based because of lead content

Love this brand, not only is it clean ingredients, but it mixes well with liquids. I've mixed it in to my coffee, and in to coconut milk to make an icecream for my Ninja Creamy. It is a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. It's not gritty like other proteins I have purchased.
