When I first purchased this item we had a lot of problems with the straps breaking I informed the company and they got right on it. They developed new straps that hold up do much better. They offered a free refund and sent me the new straps free of charge. They kept in constant contact and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Their customer service went above and beyond and I would recommend this company and this product. My grandson loves his cart now that he has the new straps.

This is such a fun add on for the Gotrax hoverboard. Riding it feels a bit like playing Mario Kart, which made it even more exciting for both kids and adults. It is great that both children and adults can use it. For adults who are not very good at balancing on a regular hoverboard, this makes it a lot more fun and much easier to enjoy. Assembly was very simple and the instructions were clear. It is a great extra accessory that gives the hoverboard a whole new way to use it.

Really easy to put together and attach to the hoverboard. Flag was a hit with the kids, works greats for adults too. Only critique is foot rest, if you push to much tends to slide if not tightened enough. Really each to maneuver other side as well!
